I wish I would have bought this years ago, it is so nice. I bought this initially just to trim by moustache and beard, but not use it for shaving as well, keeping the rest of the face looking clean. Haven't used my regular razor in weeks. I also haven't charged it since I bought it, so it really lasts a long time on a charge.

Overall, the Philips Norelco Multigroom Series 7000 is an excellent all-around beard trimmer — especially considering its price. It’s versatile, easy to use, and powerful enough for most grooming routines. Whether you’re a beginner shaping your first beard or someone who likes maintaining a well-groomed look, this trimmer is a solid everyday choice.

I have always wanted to buy a similar product. But just never took the plunge. I am glad I got this product. I have been a Norelco products since a teen. I still have my original plug in close shaver that I have used it during COVID because my battery Norelco died and I was too lazy to buy another one. Anyway enough about Norelco's long standing workmanship. Back to this product. Super easy to use. Plug directly into the outlet no DC special converter and let it charge up for a few hours and I was up and running... Feel of the shaver is balanced. It has a nice weight to it. Stainless still is nice ... The fact that you can get this thing wet is even better. No need to worry about frying it. Also no need to oil it either. It comes with TONs of spacers. For face and other body parts. Which is great. Nose hair/ear hair. T blade. Small blade. Super easy to change out the blade options... I use straight down to the blade for my mustache and chin beard. Not bad. It took it down nice and close. So pretty good. I am not going to describe other body area shaving. It does the job.... Clean up was a cinch. Run water and done. Storage is easy. Comes with pouch. Base on all the pros and zero cons. I would highly recommend this grooming product. Nice Job Norelco.

I really like this rechargeable, "cordless" grooming kit from Norelco. For many years, I was using a Wahl trimmer, which I liked but it was wired and showing its age so I wanted to upgrade to a battery-powered trimmer that was designed for my hair, beard, and body grooming. Things I specifically liked: 1. Wide range of guards and blades, allowing you to find the precise length, shape, and tool for each grooming area. 2. The nose hair trimmer in particular was a nice touch. I'm always nervous these are going to pull hairs rather than trim, but that was not the case. This attachment works really well. 3. Good run time and performance so far. 4. Recharging is quick and simple. What kept it from 5 stars? Just a few things: 1. I couldn't find the right combination of blade and guard for my beard and scalp hair. It's hardly a deal breaker, but I ended up having to use the narrower beard blade/guard to get my scalp hair to the shorter length I wanted and the wider head hair blade/guard to get my beard to the longer length I wanted. It already has a ton of guards, so it's not that I want more, but maybe a few additional adjustable guards at the different blade widths would have been helpful. 2. I hate products that include a USB charging cable but no wall brick to go in the outlet. I know "every" product does that, but don't make me buy another charging adapter or shuffle charging bricks around my house just to plug this in. Just give me something that plugs in immediately out of the box. 3. I've nicked myself twice when trimming my neck without a guard. I'm trying to get my beard line straight on my neck, so I want to go guard-less to get a close cut. Unfortunately, the blades are so sharp they've caught the skin on my neck and cut it to the point of bleeding. I'm glad it's sharp, and there may be some user error in there, so I'm being more mindful when I trim areas where it's easy for skin to get nicked (neck, ears, around the lips/mouth).

As someone who is completely new to the Philips Norelco Multigroom line, I must say I'm impressed with the overall feel and construction of the product and its accessories. The MG7910/49 7000 series model is a great sweet spot between performance and value. You get: - A hair clipping plate with 4 hair combs + 2 fade combs. - A standard trimmer plate + 3mm and 5mm comb for body hair. - Multiple attachments for beard, eyebrows, and a dedicated nose/ear hair trimmer. The only thing really missing from the upgraded 9000 series is the standard shave bar, and precision body blade/comb in terms of attachments. I personally do not need the standard shave trimmer as I use a safety blade for most of my face shaving needs. Other than that, the 7000 series has a 5 hour battery and a carrying pouch opposed to a 6 hour battery and hard-shell case on the 9000 series. In use: I spent a good amount of time messing with all the attachments I could use. I don't really grow a beard so that's more or less excluded for me. The body trimmer/guards work better than expected, but the hair has a tendency to get stuck in the motor area and is really difficult to clean out. The product advertises "maintenance free", but this isn't entirely true.. I personally wouldn't dare to let the shaver clog up after long use. I also touched up my my hair with a 9mm guard and hair plate, which is the closest thing to a size #3 (9.5mm). Pretty amazed how well it did, considering the longevity and wireless factor. Overall.. It's a very solid product and I would certainly recommend it to family and friends who need a tool beyond a standard razor blade.

Works just like it's supposed to with all the extras, and the battery works very well; haven't had to recharge it since the first one. The nose trim works great too.

A very useful body and facial hair trimmer. Good value for the product, and it also has a long-lasting battery. I use it for 2 hours, and the charge holds up almost until 80% of its full capacity, so it has a long battery lifespan. Gets the job done well.

Awesome. Charge lasts forever I charge it full then use without recharge till it starts to noticeably slow down - then an overnight and boom - back to full operating levels. I don’t use everyday - so that’s the context - but I have had this for quite some time (year ish) and have only had to recharge just a hand full of times. Obviously everyday use won’t see same profile - but you get the point. Lots of attachments for many trimming tasks. Blades are sharp and never tug. Not sure what else to say. You want a great quality trimmer - here it is

So far has gotten the job done good, cleaning isn't as hard as others I've used in the past and the fact that it can be used in the shower is great.

I already had a 3000 series Norelco trimmer but I wanted this one too, and besides they aren’t very expensive! I’m not disappointed at all, even though several of the guards are for some other product. How does that happen? But like I said, I already had a full set from the 3k series so I just bought an inexpensive zippered case online and combined all the best accessories. This trimmer has an all metal feel and is more substantial than its cousin and is heavier and quieter. All Norelco trimmers apparently have great battery life and just work like they are supposed to. I am done trying other brand trimmers/shavers because nothing else has come close. I highly recommend this trimmer and have already bought one for my very hirsute son.

The shaver has a very nice solid feel to it, the blades snap into the body easily, with a great variety of attachments to trim beards or cut hair. Having it be water proof is a big plus

All of the different guards make this well worth it. I wish it came with a charging base. However, great battery life, fits good in hand, cuts great!
