I don't get the best/easiest trim with the 'comb' covers, maybe it's me and I need some practice with my technique. It takes numerous passes over my eyebrows to trim all the hairs. All the other attachments work very well and cut cleanly. The storage bag while a nice feature, it's a bit small and a tight fit for all the parts.

It’s easy to use, works great, and it trims not only nose hair but also ear and eyebrows hair. I’m so happy with it that I’m going to buy one more as a gift.

I had to replace my old Philips Norelco model 3100, which is now discontinued. This dual-sided cutter doesn't get as close as the 3100 model, and I have to rotate the trimer several more times to get all the stray hairs.

I thought the batteries just needed to be replaced, but sadly I was wrong. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. It was great while it worked, but not working after less than 4 months is absolutely ridiculous! Very frustrating and definitely not worth any amount of money. I would highly recommend finding a different brand, very disappointed that this broke.
