So it gets the job done but I have to shave using the top side only I can’t shave going the tradition direction. I think the blade is just not sharp enough. I was going to return it but since it cuts close to the skin when I use it this way I just kept it.

This product is said to be a razor, trimmer, etc. It is NOT a razor - in fact the paperwork (once you buy it) tells you this. But for a trimmer it seems to be a well made tool and I look forward to using it as a trimmer for many years.

The instructions are very confusing and it’s difficult to assemble. It works if you finally get it together. It could be great if it came with simple assembly instructions.

I've been using the non pro model for over a year, and it for sure works great. But this new design, and layout with the digital screen is a much needed upgrade.
The hardware of this model verses my current model is very solid, and feels really good in the hand while shaving. The fact that it comes with two blades is very good, and saves you money upfront right away. Putting the blades on is quick and easy, they just snap into place. The grip on the razor is nice, and doesn't feel too bulky when holding it for an extended period of time.
Charging this time is also better with the razor, as it has a charging stand. It still does not come with a charging brick, but you can plug it in anywhere. Speaking of charging, it charged very fast. It arrived on 15%, and went to 100% within 30 minutes or less. The previous model charged fast as well, but there is not screen to monitor it.
It cuts really close, and feels good when on your skin. If you have sensitive skin, you should start using one of these razors. I do, and it works and feels great on my neck and face. You can use it wet or dry, either way it works without issues.

Not a very good trimmer at all. Need to go over areas numerous times, the head is attached with cheap clips, the guard is awkward, angles are tough to do, and it’s expensive. Super bummed about this purchase and I would return it if I could… assuming a hair trimmer is not returnable due to sanitary reasons. This should have never made it to production.

The Philips Norelco 360 Pro Plus electric razor has a sleek lightweight design that does a decent job of shaving my face. However, it doesn’t give a very close shave (according to manual, this is intentional, in order to protect the user’s skin from damage). To be clear, after shaving with the razor, my face looks good and clean shaven, but to the touch, I can still feel quite a bit of stubble. This is something that I am still getting used to. If you are expecting a really close, smooth shave, this may not be the razor for you. I got this razor because I thought it would be good for shaving my face and also for trimming side burns, around my ears, and the back of my neck. I don’t have a beard or mustache to trim and I don’t shave my body hair so I can’t really speak to that, but I can see how it could be useful for those purposes too. The edge of the blade is used for precision trimming and it does a good job at that. The razor is charged by a usb A cable either through the included stand or plugging the cable directly into the razor. Now, I don’t have a usb port in my bathroom, where I normally do my shaving, so if you don’t have access to a usb port, you are going to need an adapter to connect to a standard 120v outlet (the adapter is NOT included). I don’t understand this inconvenient design choice, as they seem to assume that everyone has easy access to a usb port these days. On the other hand, the razor does charge up quickly and the charge lasts for many uses before needing a recharge. I’ve shaved my face every day for over a week and it still shows a charge of over 60 percent, so a single charge seems to be sufficient for about three weeks for me. Another, thing that I don’t really like about the razor is the included blade cover. This cover is a plastic hinged clam shell that clips over the blade for protection while traveling. But it’s actually hard to take on and off, especially with one hand holding the razor and the other trying to open or close the clasp, half the time the cover ends up falling to the floor. The razor also comes with a small cloth travel bag, an adjustable length trimming comb, body hair comb and skin protector, and an extra blade. Overall, the Philips Norelco 360 Pro Plus is a lightweight and multifunctional razor that does a reasonably good job of shaving and trimming hair for the head, face, or body. The major drawback being the necessity of an adapter to plug into a standard power outlet.

Hard pass on this, better stuff available on Amazon for 1/3rd the price. I would expect more from Philips Norelco, but it seems they are slipping. Everything feels really cheap; the heads fall out. The USB-A-to-C cable is antiquated.
If I didn't think it was gross to take it back, I would have.

I have had multiple versions of these OneBlade style shavers/trimmers from Norelco over the years. I even had the first model that came out years ago. The thing I like about this product line is that they keep making minor adjustments and updates that keep making the products better. These shavers are great for detail work around my mustache and beard. I use this shaver to start the lines on my beard before using a Mach 3 on my skin. It also comes in handy to trim my upper arms, shoulders, etc. I love these shaves because they are compact with great battery life, but they really do allow you to trim or clean up pretty much anything. The new 3mm body comb is also great at cleaning up necklines or just taming chest hair quickly and easily. The charging dock is a nice touch, and it keeps my countertop clean and tidy. I also really appreciate the newer versions of these shavers having a screen on them that shows battery percentage. The older versions did not have a screen and you would either have to guess when it was getting low, or just wait until it dies to charger. Overall I'm a big fan of this product line and recommend it to anyone.

The Philips Norelco OneBlade Pro 360 is a solid grooming tool that gets a lot right, but it’s not without its flaws. It’s designed to handle both face and body hair, and for the most part, it delivers—especially if you value convenience and a sleek design. But depending on what you're looking for, a few things might give you pause.
good:
* Very Versatile: It’s definitely a flexible tool. You can trim, edge, and shave all with one device, which cuts down on clutter and saves time. It’s nice having something that works for both your beard and body.
* 360 Blade Moves Well: The flexible blade is great at navigating the curves of your face and neck, and it’s much more comfortable than a rigid trimmer. It handles contours pretty well without much irritation. The “360” claim may be a bit more marketing than practical, but still no issue in daily use.
* Wet & Dry Friendly: Big plus here—you can use it in the shower or dry, with or without gel. It’s easy to clean, too. Just rinse it under the faucet and you're good.
* Sleek, Ergonomic Design: Lightweight and easy to grip, the trimmer feels comfortable in your hand and looks good on the bathroom counter. Simple, modern, no frills.
* Decent Battery Life: The battery holds up well between charges. You’re not constantly plugging it in, which is helpful if you're always in a rush or travel often. The digital readout for battery life is a nice touch as well.
bad:
* Not a Close Shaver: This may be the biggest downside for some. If you’re expecting a completely smooth, razor-like shave, this won’t quite get you there. It leaves just a bit of stubble behind—fine for trimming or styling, but not for a clean-shaven feel.
* Blades Need Replacing: The blades wear out quicker than you’d hope. If you’re using it regularly, expect to swap them out every few months, which adds to the overall cost over time.
* Charging Takes a While: While the battery lasts, the charge time isn’t exactly quick. If you let it run low, you’ll need to wait a bit before it’s ready to go again.
* Limited Accessories: For a “Pro” model, it feels a bit basic in terms of attachments. You get an adjustable comb and a body guard, but not much else. If you like having a bunch of options, this might feel a little stripped-down. One notable missing item is the wall outlet plug. The stand is a nice touch, but unless you’re plugging it into a USB outlet, you’ll need to purchase one to charge it.
overall: The OneBlade Pro 360 is a convenient, easy-to-use trimmer that covers a lot of ground. It's great for everyday grooming, and it’s comfortable to use. But the lack of a really close shave, frequent blade replacements, and a few missing extras keep it from being a full 5-star product for me. If you’re okay with a “close enough” trim and want a no-fuss solution, it’s definitely worth considering—just go in knowing it’s not perfect.
A great portable shaver / trimmer for everyday use

I keep a short, neatly trimmed beard. This requires a shaver that can handle thick beard hairs while being agile enough to trim around the edges. The Philips Norelco 360 Pro Plus Face/Body shaver, part of the Norelco OneBlade line, does these tasks with aplomb, with the bonus that it can handle body hair around the shoulders and back of the neck as well.
The Norelco 360 is a thin and light shaver, which makes it easy to maneuver around the face and an easy travel companion. The Norelco comes with a charging base, allowing it to stand up and take less counter space. Of the included attachments, the adjustable trimmer is the one I use regularly. It allows me to dial in the closeness of a beard trim. Even at the shortest setting my beard ends up a little longer than my larger Norelco, but I am told that only I can tell the difference. The adjustable dial makes it easy to see where the shaver is currently set, and it precludes the need to travel with multiple attachments. The Norelco 360 can be used on wet or dry skin and with or without shaving cream.
Traveling with the Norelco 360 is simple, as it comes with a drawstring bag that can hold the shaver and all accessories. The front of the unit also displays the current battery charge, meaning you never have to listen for the slowing motor or be stuck without a shaver / trimmer. Norelco claims 120 hours of use on a charge, and this seems about right. I'm able to travel for two weeks without bringing the charger.
If you're looking for a versatile, portable shaver / trimmer, this is a great choise.

If you're new to electric shavers, this is for you. Though really, it's good enough for anybody. The Philips Norelco Pro plus is a great shaver that feels like a razor in both how it's used and how small and lightweight it is. The form factor allows you to hold it as a regular razor and it both looks and cuts razor close. If you're not careful, you'll get razor burn; good thing Philips includes protective attachments for both the face and intimate areas where this could do some damage. It easily replaces my Norelco 9000 tri-blade because this gets in those hard-to-reach areas like just below the nose. It also makes quick work of the upper lip where my other shaver requires multiple passes in different directions. I like the way the sideburns come out so clean and straight as if I got them done at the salon. It comes with a quick-attach clipper bar with easy clicking rotary dial for height selection. With this attachment, it's strong enough to cut your hair for a quick trim from 0.4 to 10mm. It comes with a second blade, charging stand, charge cable, and handy pouch. With a shaver like this, you don't need anything else in your grooming repertoire!
