Bought this because of all the tik tok social media buzz. This scratched up my nards and left me in pain. Over a week after using i'm still in pain. It works well, but it nicked me all over, so I can't use it and i were careful. Used it twice and it exacerbated the injuries from my first use and cut me multiple times again. It did work for my under arms and chest however. I'd like a refund, but i don't think i can get one after using.

Does not shave as close as wanted. Wanted a really close shave. If wanting shave that leaves stubble than seems to go well.

With and without the guard it did not meet my expectations. I would rather use the $10 one from the drugstore that gives me a closer and smoother shave.

Bought this & sent it back for a return it was UNOPENED Best Buy sent it back opened & DAMAGED & now they won't refund or send another replacement. Customer Service is awful & Not Caring. Expected better treatment from Best Buy I'm a Total Member & they are not even supporting the warranty. BEST BUY opened my UNOPENED Return & WOULD NOT REFUND OR SEND ME A NEW ONE. THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT OPENED IT & SENT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS SENT TO BEST BUY. NOW I'M OUT OF A REFUND. IF THE ITEM WAS UN RETURNABLE EVEN UNOPENED SO BEST BUY SHOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK TO ME UNOPENED NOT OPENED & DAMAGED.

Bought a brand new one. Opened it, tryed to get it assembled and find out the blade guard is smaller than the blade. Making it impossible to fit or use. Returned it.

When buying this, I assumed it was like the ads and what everyone else had said. A simple way to shave downstairs without worrying about cuts nicks and all that. Upon using this, I got a lot of grabs where it kinda just got stuck on my skin without actually cutting me…. HOWEVER, after continuing to shave I cut myself pretty badly with this, worse than any ofher blade or electric razor has ever cut me down there. If you’re reading this and was under the same impression I was going into this, take my advice and stick to a normal razor for a cleaner and much safer cut.

VERY UNHAPPY- ANGRY even. This thing is completely illegitimate. An awful body shaver. I got a cut on the second stroke of shaving. It should be illegal for them to call this a body shaver. At the least, it is false advertising. Completely unsafe for shaving your body, but OK for a face shaver. I would never ever in 1 million years recommend this product or buy it again. If it weren’t so ridiculous I would want to sue them for marketing it as a body and pubic shaver.

I was looking forward to getting the Philips Norelco OneBlade Intimate Groomer. It is small, inexpensive, and rechargeable. You can even use it in the shower. It feels good in your hand, and doesn’t try to slip out when it gets wet. Out of the box it comes with a charging cord, a body comb, and a SkinProtect blade (which has a removeable 3mm guard across the top to lessen the risk of cutting or nicking yourself. It comes with enough of a charge to start using right away. As I was using it, I was pleased with the ease of use. Of course, my biggest concern was using it around those certain areas that most other razors are notorious for “biting.” My fears were relieved as I was able to complete the job with no injuries. The Philips Norelco Groomer comes with a body comb which allows for a uniform shave that is not as close as just using the blade alone. Since I don’t like shaving too close, I was pleased with this feature…in theory. In practice, however, the comb kept getting clogged and had to be cleaned several times before I gave up using it. Now, this isn’t to say it’s a bad idea, or that it is an inferior design, but it appears to be designed for folks whose body hair is not thick, or perhaps for folks who have already been using a shaver and just want to maintain a comfortable height. The SkinProtect Blade, without the comb attachment works very well. Although it didn’t “clog,” it did require going over areas several times to cut all the hair. All in all, even with the body-comb issue, the Philips Norelco OneBlade Intimate Groomer is really a great addition to your grooming kit. It doesn’t give you that “Velcro” feel, it doesn’t cut or nick, it’s quiet, and best of all its quite affordable. There is one drawback that should be mentioned, and that is that the shaving head is designed to be disposable. The replacement blades come in a two-pack which costs $30. This is the same price as the shaver itself. Yes, you do get an extra blade when buying the replacements, but for me, that's a lot of money to spend on replacement blades.

Never recieved product. Message keeps saying " delayed in transit " its been weeks, nothing takes that long to travel in this day and age.
