Broke, Philips would not replace

Philips Norelco customer service would not offer me a replacement or any kind of compensation. Best part is, they only offered me free replacement blades--how would I have any use for replacement blades when the shaver itself completely broke? Would not buy again.

SHAVES VERY GOOD BUT NO CHARGING STAND.
