I have tried electric shavers on occasion over the years and have never found one that gave me as good a shave as my disposable no-tech regular double-bladed razor. That said, the 6800 is the closest I’ve come to a shave using my usual razor….a pleasant surprise! The triple-headed 6800 can be used on dry skin, wet skin, or with shaving cream/gel. Having tried all three methods, I found: wet is better than dry, and shaving/gel is better than wet. With the dry method, I expected discomfort and a lousy shave…wrong. It wasn’t ideal, but it provided a fairly good shave. The wet method helps the razor heads to glide better on the skin, and the results are better. Using cream/gel takes more time due to application on the skin and then the cleanup following the shave. However, for the shave you get, it is worth the time. Also, the triple shaving heads are easy on the skin, a definite asset. With a little practice, you can even trim your sideburns with the multiple heads. If you aren’t comfortable with that, the 6800 has a trimmer attachment that you can use instead of the regular shaving heads. If you shave in the shower, the 6800 works there, too. Before using the shaver, be sure to fully charge the battery. If you do, there will be approximately an hour of power. So, unless you take a very long time for each shave, you should get several from a single charge. Though it won’t make me throw away my no-tech razors just yet, there is a lot to like about the 6800. It can be a timesaver, if you need a quick shave. Also, if just a touch up is needed, it will come in very handy. For travel, you can take it along without having to pack a pressurized can. And, by the way, it is reasonably priced. While the 6800 does not provide as close a shave as a manual razor, it does a really good job! I like it and would recommend it. It is a lot of shaver for the money!

This is a very good Norelco style rotary razor. In addition it has a clipper attachment that can do beards and hair trimming.

I now spend less time shaving than using a traditional razor. Less time shaving = more time doing other things!

Love it that it is cordless, sharper and spending less time shaving. It’s an upgrade from my older model.

Once used and adjustments made with razor and face after several usage this is a good razor for the money.

A little lazy. Couldn’t shave under chin beard easily! The blades are not smart enough to shaves all hairs in undirected pose.
