Philips Norelco Shaver 5300,

Compared to my last electric shaver this one is much better in both comfort and closeness in shave. Also good for sensitive skin. Amazing and would recommend to all.

This year I decided to move up to the newer (thinner) style . I wish that I hadn't. The 5300 provides a close shave however, the area around the shaving heads is too large. It is difficult to tell how close the heads are to my sideburns and goatee. As mentioned in another review, the trimmer pulls the hair and is quite painful.

This one has a wider head than my earlier Norelco and takes more going back and forth over the hairs. But with patience, it gets the job done. For tighter areas, such as mustache, only one of the heads can go over the upper lip. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time between charges. It says wet shaver and I was able to clean it by running the pop off head under the faucet.

You have to use it consistently to get the full effect. Apparently your skin needs a couple weeks to adapt to this kind of shaver to get the best shave. I love it!
