Very good shaving product... I had to buy this one again because I accidentally dropped and broke my original but the product itself is really good if handled with care like any other good electronic devices. Oh and you can use this while in a shower and it's water resistance! I always shave while in shower with these. Very good.

Use to 5 blade razor .....bit of learning curve ...takes longer than straight edge.havent gotten close a shave...but no nicks is plus...maybe " learn to use as effectively" hooking up app etc seems like " ?lot of work" to "learn" correct shavjng technique

Decent Shaver - gives a close shave without tearing at your skin or pulling on the hairs of your face. Charging requires a charging block, which is not included, which is a huge disappointment. I would rather have a standard plug than the need to carry around a USB-C charing block, which is not included in the box. Norelco is trying to save a few pennies at the inconvenience of its buyers. Otherwise a good shave.

I gave this as a gift to my husband, and he likes it because it is easy to use and the battery lasts a long time.

I purchased this shaver for my dad. He likes the shaver but the trimmer is horrible. It doesn’t trim well at all. Disappointed in the trimmer. Shaver has 3 heads so dad likes that.I put it on my phone the app so I coach my 95 year old about his shaving. That’s cool.

This one cuts very very close, and handles well. The charge holds up for a month. It is the best Norelco shaver yet.

The product is very good and works as expected, but we first need to trim the beard a lot then and only then the shaver works as expected if the hair is a bit big then this one doesn’t work at all. This would leave all longhairs here and there and it gets very difficult to cut. Ensure you either use it every day or use a trimmer before you use this there’s a trimmer and built into this item. However, the trimmer is is not that useful. Without shaving for a couple of days if you expect this device to do wonders, sorry it’s not going to work that way you have to trim it and then I only then use the shaver.

Great so far. Very quiet and smooth. Does an excellent job. I have had several Norelco razers. This one is the best so far for my beard.
