Excellent shaver not my first one but works great attachments are nice

Nice clean shave, super easy to use. Charge time is quick the battery lasts for weeks. Have not used the trimming accessories yet but I'm glad they're available

Upgraded from an older 9500 series and definitely noticed a closer, better shave. Very good price on sale and with an extra set of blades. Happy with purchase and would recommend.

I'm honestly really surprised at how poorly this does - full stop. Then consider the price against the performance and I just don't understand why this is what people spring for at all. I have nothing but regret for my purchase and I do not recommend this product. It gets 2 stars because it does indeed shave your face. How well it does it, however, is "poorly" for the most part. It doesn't get as close of a shave as it should (nevermind their "150k cutting actions per minute), it misses whiskers all over the place, it can't get to the edge of anything like under your nose or your side-burns or near your ears (depending how and where your facial hair grows), it gives way more razor burn than I expected with all their "SkinGlide coating" marketing, and it's noisy and sounds like a tiny tractor. I tried it wet and dry and with an electric razor balm. Sucks the same all three ways (but with more clean up if you use a balm). I'm truly at a loss for how this is a good product, let alone one that costs as much as it does (on sale or not). @Norelco, you got me. You got your one purchase out of me and now never again. I've gone back to just using a Harry's multiblade razor, which I'd recommend over this. If you NEED an electric for some reason, maybe travel, go with a $30 something from someone else.

I have bought many Norelco shavers through the years. This shaver is definitely the closest shave I have ever had with Norelco. I highly recommend it.
