Screeching Heads

The Sh91 shaving heads were extremely noisy from the first time they were installed. They actually screeched. I tried re installing, but still had the same problem. When I returned them to Best Buy as defective, they were sent back to me without credit because they were opened.

I purchased the Sh91 replacement head for my 9731 Norelco shaver. The blades are not a good fit in the receptacles. As a result, the retention rings do not lock them into their spots. Every time I open the shaver they fall out. I have written to Norelco twice and been ignored.

Replacement heads no as good as original

I purchased these replacement heads to replace the original heads in my Phillips Series 9000 shaver. I’ve used the shaver twice since installing the replacement heads and they’re horrible. The heads now leave nicks all over my face and neck and my skin irritated. The old original heads they replaced did not do this.
