    What really matters

Ived had these headphones for about 6 months, they fit well(but it may feel like they are odd in the ear at first). Very generic gel buds, but since they have a wide canal, replacing the gel caps with other brands work way better. Decent bass(but could be a bit more punchier). Mids Highs, and Lows are very nice, the best thing is that they sound very up close and as if you are right there in the music.

    Sounds way better then expected

I have had skull candy ear buds, and this time I picked these up instead. I am really impressed at how much better they sound then skull candy, when they are about the same price. I love the style of them, and especially the cord for the phones. It is a braided cord, not a plastic one. Also, the connections are metal. They look nicer that way, and I am sure will hold up better. Where the cords attach to them are both stylish and strong. They are not super expensive ear buds, and do not sound like they are 200 some odd dollars (the only reason why I did not give an excellent rating in that category), but they sound way better then their $24 price tag. If you are going for skull candy, stop, and get these instead. They are just as stylish, and the sound quality is so much better.

    BUY THESE HEADPHONES

These headphones are the only earbuds i will ever buy. I listen to music constantly and these are perfect. I am not easy on my headphones, so i don't like to spend too much, but these have incredible sound, and they separate the bass from the rest of the music so it sounds good with all genres, and they cancel outside sounds very well. for me, a pair of sonys or skullcandys will last about 3 months before they go out, and these lasted about 7. INCLUDING LISTENING TO MUSIC IN MY SLEEP!!! and i am not a peaceful sleeper. Many people say when they rub, they reflect that noise into your headphones. The do do that, but only when there is no music playing. When I play music, i will not hear the rubbing noises. The nylon cord also does not stick to the inside of my shirt. Buying a new pair right now!!

    Sturdy headphones

I chose these headphones because I have a tendency to throw headphones in my purse carelessly. They are very sturdy, they don't tangle and the sound quality is very good. The only negative is that you can hear the cords moving around while you are using them (a strange static). It is caused by the texture of the cords. I would say these are not ideal or workouts or jogging.

Bought these earphones just right now from a local BestBuy store. Had Sony's for a while but lost them. Wanted to get some Sony's again because my brother was getting some and because they had volume control; however, I couldn't find the exact ones I had before so I decided to get these Phillips ones. From the moment I took them out of the box I knew they are going to be good. The design and quality of the: cable and aux plug makes them durable. The special tangle-free cable and sound isolation are very useful and work really well. The audio and the bass are also powerful and clear, delivering great sound. Very good headphones for this price, don't know why would ever complain of a working product moreover of such good, durable and...simply awesome headphones as these Phillips O'neill headphones. The only thing I wish they had is volume control and mic, but hey, thats no biggy, I still recommend them and approve this message.

    Good sound, Horrible Sound transmition.

Picked these up to use while running. While they sound good and do an ok job with noise canceling the slightest rubbing on the cord transfers sound directly into your ears. It is like a stethoscope. So after they failed for running use i tried them for sitting at my desk and listening use. Again they proved to transfer tons of noise to my ears with the slightest motion of my head.

Noise isolating, not canceling. Don't go into using this product thinking you'll only hear the music. Because of how the product is designed, you don't hear outside noises, but you will hear if the cord moves against your face, or if you're chewing on food while listening. The music does, however, come across crystal clear. The best part of it is the cord, which helps untangle itself, particularly if you wrap it around your device a lot.

Cords reflects sound into earbuds - junk!!!!!

These earbuds look and sound great. That is until the cord itself rubs against itself or anything for that matter. The ribbed cording reflects and amplifies the rubbing sound right back into the earbuds. Its so bad that its difficult to hear the music. I am throwing these away and finding others.

This is great if you like running and tend to damage the cord. It fits comfortably and does not fallout. Great for exercise. CON: sound quality is good but if you are used to awesome quality output headphones, it might bug you.

i bought these ear buds because a work in a physical capacity, they are suppose to be extra durable and tangle free. they turned out to be less durable than a 10 dollar pair of jvc buds. i got one snag, which didn't even pull very hard and the cord broke right at the metal knuckle. the braided wire makes the buds heavy and drag alot on whatever they touch, which would be tolerable if they were indeed more durable which they aren't ... the sound quality is ok but not great, the mushroom cones fit ok but not anything above average, plus the cord still tangles... one would be better off just buying a ten dollar pair of buds and save the 20.00 dollars

These are the greatest headphones I've ever bought. I bought a pair around 3 years ago and I'm here to buy another because I lost mine. The bass quality is amazing and the sound cancelling is near flawless for the price. I'd highly recommend for anyone who is looking for mid budget in-ears. The only thing that bothered me is that you can hear loud rustling when the cable rubs up against itself, which I got pretty used to, so it wasn't a big deal.

    Possibly the worst product ever!

I purchased these headphones in hopes of finding ones that fit in my ears. Check. However, I quickly realized that with these on, I can hear EVERYTHING that touches the cord and ear piece. If I stay absolutely still in one place, sound quality is great. I don't need to turn the volume too high in order to hear the music. BUT, if I want to work out or even shift the cord a cm, I hear an awful muffled/scratchy noise. The box says it's "sound isolating"- yea from anything not touching it. It was especially terrible with an armband and while running because the cord flies. If I were to hold it while running, I can hear muffles from the contact between my hand and the cord. Save your money and buy something else!

    good cheap headphones

They are OK for sound quality. It says they are "tangle proof" and they are very much not so (obviously, how could something with wires be tangle proof?). They've held up quite well. Much better than skull candy's (integrity wise not sound quality wise). They come in cool colors.

While I think these headphones are a good price (read - cheap), the thing I wanted to note was that they let in A LOT of external noise. Good for running on the road but if you are using them elsewhere, they are not worth the money.

These headphones surprised me. They Hit solid lows, have crystal highs. Also they don't clip when I turn them up the whole way. Passed my test. They Stay in my ears well because they fit deeper in the ear canal. The cloth cable is also very nice. If you don't want to spend over $30 get these. You can also buy a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plan for only 5 bucks. Ignore the bad review. These headphones are great.
