    I have not used this remote yet since the remote is still working to the television I purchased it for. My nephew came over and showed me how to work the Smart TV so I haven't used this one yet.

    Easy fix to a year old problem. No one ejse had a compatible remote for our older tv. Best Buy had it and it’s been great!

    I needed to replace the remote for my Smart TV because I always had trouble with it. I replaced it with this Phillips remote and so glad I did. I would give it 10stars if I could. So much easier to use and not temperamental. Great purchase.

    Love it. I thought it would be hard to program but it was really easy with just a push of a button. Depends on the brand of the tv. Each button is identified with a brand. It works perfectly. Totally recommend.

    I was surprised how a Philip remote can work so well on Sony bravia tv. I'm very plased . It's only one thing different than the original tv remote had extra option otherwise I'm happy with it and can live with what i have and also was very affordable .

    This product is awesome all I can say is I was very impressed with the quality for the price and it has some shortcut buttons with makes it even better for the price ! And not to mention the buttons have backlight with is a game changer !!! Thanks again for a great product !
