Bought Phillips Remote to replace original. One step to sync remote to Samsung TV. Couldn’t sync up to TV. Followed Troubleshooting instructions & still couldn’t sync up. Returned Remote to Best Buy with no problem.

Our TV is a JVC with a European model number. This did not work for this TV and customer service said it might be because the TV is not a US model.

Firestick remotes are Bluetooth and have to be paired with the Firesticks, so no universal remote works with Firesticks.

The remote that came with my new Samsung TV was super flimsy and broke on me after stepping on it lightly by mistake one night. This remote definitely feels durable. All you have to do with this remote is put in the batteries and select the TV brand you have with the one touch programming button on/in the back. That’s it! Works right away and is cheap!
