Good Value for the dollar. Picture,color,sharpness,,all very good. Sound is a little low, but can easily be adjusted whenever you want by a touch of a button to get the menu up. I watch it everyday, and would recommend. It very light weight, never owned a Philips TV before but, would buy again!

For a low-priced, refurbished TV, the picture quality is good. Not great, just good, especially if you're not picky about a high-quality picture. The screen does appear to black out in parts when viewed from the side or bottom--for instance, watching TV while lying on the floor, which admittedly doesn't happen all that often. The sound, however, is wimpy and tinny. That's the best way to describe it. I suppose the sound would be better if I hooked up separate speakers, but since I'm not tech savvy, that's not likely to happen. Overall, I'm OK with my purchase. I bought the TV primarily to play Wii games and exercise DVDs in a bedroom, and it works fine for that purpose. In retrospect, though, I wish I'd opened my wallet a little wider and paid more for a better TV with better sound and picture. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for.

This tv was easy to set up right out of the box. I wasn't sure what to expect, but i have to say that the picture quality is excellent! There are several media/AV/HDMI ports, which is really impressive for a tv of this size. I did notice a few slight surface scratches on the frame, but they aren't noticeable unless you are really examining it and the light hits it just right. Honestly, I feel that is to be expected considering I purchased it as refurbished. Overall, I have been very satisfied with this tv and feel that it's the perfect size for my bedroom.

This is a good size tv for dorm rooms. The sound is loud and the picture is good.

The tv came right away the package was secure, the tv was easy to use and set up. I am still learning some of the features. The picture quality is great. I am very happy with the purchase from start to finish.

It is the first product that I order online and the set up is easy to do. It gives a clear picture and language of image.

I use this unit in the bedroom connected to dishnetwork It preforms very well for the price picture quailty is better than expected.

We have had no issues with this refurbished television. Works well and looks great!

This is my 2nd HDTV, The 1st one shut off every 2 mins. How could a tech. miss that? The good part is I had my replacement TV in 3 days. The speakers point down so I have to turn up the volume to hear them and the wife complains about how loud the TV is. Do yourself a favor and buy a new TV, stay away from the refurb. I'm still not happy with this TV! I should have gone to Best Buy down the street and looked at all the HDTV's they had but I'm disable and it's hard for me to get a ride.

I've bought three of these. Two for use by my grandkids and one for use by my wife to view her workout DVD's. /jji

On many of the channels, I'm getting diiagonal lines like snow/rain across the screen. Otherwise the TV is great.

Only had it a month,but I like it so far. A bargain at the price.
