    Purchased this to replace a very old cathode tube TV. PERFECT! The refurbished LCD set for the money was perfect for viewing and the budget..

    We bought this for our bedroom TV and realized it was too small. We would have been okay with the size if the TV actually worked. It looked in good condition, but it would never stay on. Apparently it truly wasn't "refurbished". I'm sure it was simply returned, repackaged, and resold. However, the underlying problem as to why it was probably returned by the previous owner was not corrected. We returned the TV and got a refund. After a week we saw a new 32" Westinghouse for a great price and got that. So far, no problems. Again, buy new if at all possible.
