Alright so I saw this product and was skeptical at first. An led smart tv for this cheap. It's refurbished. I didn't know because I'd rather buy new. Then after thinking about, new tvs get sent out right of the line. Refurbished can get sent back for any reason and get fully repaired and looked at. So I went ahead with it. The shipping was free because I shipped it to store. The pickup was great. It was fast and easy. Package was in great condition and shipped by UPS. So I unpacked it and everything was packed safe and very protected. So i brought it out. The remote was very nice. It did not come with batteries. The tv stand is extremely high quality and is made of glass and looks cool. I mounted the tv on a stand though. The tv came with screws. They weren't deep enough but I could spare 1 dollar to buy 4 screws. I turned it on. Wow. I watch movies and play xbox on it for it's main use. So their are fast movements and swaying volumes. The speakers are amazing. They can get very loud and not be halfway up. They don't sound bad when they are on high as well. They do sound like simulated surround sound. The picture is also amazing. The 120 hz and 110,000to 1 are great. The picture even if fast paced is great. I watched some movies like discovery ones with nature stuff and it looked amazing. I also threw in gamer as that is a recently made fast paced movie. Picture quality and sound where flawless all the way through. The size of the tv is also great. It is very thin and light. The Internet is not built in. You have to plug in a thing in the USB which it comes with. It connects but is not that strong. It does work though. If you want better and faster you'd have to get that separate. Overall this tv is amazing. It's a smart tv and one of the best LED tvs at an LCD tv price. This tv is an absolute steal and I would fully reccomend it.

Open box,missing parts and poor customer service. Don't buy refurbished items
