I have had this product for about 2 weeks and I extreamly enjoy it. I use it at work to dock my iPad 2 into with a keyboard in front. I like the dynamic bass boost, and overall sound quality is good. The only small down side that I have seen is also a good feature of the product. That is the flexible 30pin connector. It is nice to have it movable for the different products to be able to use it, but it allows for the products to easy fall out. This is only an issue if you are trying to move around with it and using an iPad, iPods are ok.

This speaker was purchased as a Christmas present this past Christmas 2010. Since Christmas I used this speaker while getting ready in the bedroom or taking showers (where the battery operated speaker was located on the tank of the toilet away from any direct/indirect water splashes and heat). Last week (week of March 21st, 2011) is when I was taking a shower that the speaker paused my iPod Nano. Because I had just stepped into the shower I assumed I had inadvertently hit the Pause button. However, after clicking the Play button again and turning the volume up half way in order to hear the music over the running water did it occur again. The speaker continued to pause my music if I turned the volume higher than three button presses of the docking speaker. I'm disappointed that I haven't had this speaker long enough to enjoy it on vacation as that was my number one reason for requesting this as a gift.

This item had much better sound output than i anticipated! It looks very sleek and classy! I love it!!!
