I like this, it was easy to set-up the wi..(auto search) and is easy to use. The remote was a little challenging (very small..lose easily). There is also the extra cost. Buying a usb adds another $20.00 at least to the price.

Purchased as a gift for someone who couldn't afford Blu Ray player. Turns out his TV didn't have HDMI cables, so I returned it. Overall, you can't beat the price for a blu ray player. Although it doesn't have many bells and whistles.

I read the reviews carefully and decided this would work well for my new TV room. It does a great job. I have it wired to the internet with an ethernet cord. I love being able to play a blu ray or get netflix.

didn't realize wifi was not built in so. it is used with a wired connection . otherwise easy to set up and works great. used to watch blue ray and stream netflix

I ordered this Blu-Ray player on line. It turns out the "smart" blue ray player needs to be directly connected to your internet. I really wish Best Buy had emphasized it needs to be hard wired to use any of the internet services. Their product specs don't mention this anywhere. It would have saved me a hassle. My router is on the opposite side of the house as my son's room. Hard wiring is not only out dated but won't work for me. It turns out that for the exact same price Phillips has a smart "wi-fi" blu-ray player that's supposedly exactly the same but can utilize a wireless internet connection. So why sell one without the wireless connection for the same price?? Increase profits by a couple bucks or more likely anger customers who expect 21st century products. --> I can't comment on picture quality or anything because this baby didn't even get played. Back in the box and back to the store for the hassle of exchanging it.
