I only snore when I am extremely tired and so I tried it and surprisingly
It works but it is startling. I fall into a deep sleep and at the same time can wake up easily and this does wake me up forcing me to adjust to the side. It’s a good idea and if you have to stop snoring to help your partner sleep, this would be a good alternative to a CPAP machine.
I would recommend this to a friend

I have been using the belt for the past couple of weeks. It is not uncomfortable to wear and the vibration is unique. It gets more prevalent if needed if you don’t turn to your side
