Have been using for 3-4 weeks and do not see slightest difference in whiteness of my teeth. Works nice on cleaning teeth, but not good at massaging gums. The bristles stop vibrating due to weak power when touched to gum for massaging. Also design needs improvement since the handle gets wet from the dripping from the brush cartridge. There is no lining to prevent the dripping and limit to the brush cartridge only. Designers seem to ignore the practical aspect completely. I would like someone from Philips Sonicare respond to my comments above and also reach out to me by email, so I can explain the issues better,
