Like the travel case, just wish it would close all the way. Works wonderfully. This is my second Philips and I like them.

Was weird to get used to the feeling at first, but after 2 uses I haven't had a problem. I love that the case charges for travelling and all the different brush settings

Love that it comes with a rechargeable case and has great features. Favorite one is the notification it gives you for when to move on to the next section of your mouth to clean. Helps promote good dental hygiene.

I am very disappointed with both this Sonicare toothbrush and the customer service I received. The toothbrush was defective, but when I returned to the retail store where I purchased it, they refused to provide a refund or a reasonable solution. A premium-priced product should be reliable, and customers should be supported when they receive a defective item. Instead, I was left with a product that didn’t work and no help from the store. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this toothbrush or the way this issue was handled. I expected much better quality and much better customer service
