This toothbrush is excellent and bought as deal of the day. Somewhat expensive if not on sale.

This toothbrush is phenomenal. I absolutely love it. It helped my teeth get whiter and made my oral hygiene a little better. The toothbrush has a built in timer and it has multiple setting to assist you with your desired outcome (Yes we all want white teeth and no cavities). The settings are very neat and make brushing a little more entertaining (Don't take the toothbrush out of your mouth while it's still going). Overall I'm truly pleased with the toothbrush, the charger is very sleek looking as well, it came with a plastic (glass looking piece) so it makes lit look a little bit nicer than just a charger and a cord coming out of your wall and sitting on your counter. it comes with a traveling case which is great for those of us that are always on the go, the charge seems to last quite a while (Don't know how many days to be exact but it's a few). The toothbrush was easy to set up, and was very easy to use. It's a great toothbrush and is definitely a worthy buy from Best Buy! I can't think of another toothbrush that does such a great job.

So far, toothbrush works great. There are no issues with the app either. Great purchase on sale.

I’ve had 3 Sonicare toothbrushes, this one is by far the loudest. The carrying case is cheap plastic, the one prior to this one was very nice and you could charge the toothbrush while it’s in the case. It’s much lighter than others, for $200, I’d expect a more solid toothbrush..

Not sure if it’s worth the money, I brush my teeth harder and better than the brush does

This model 9000 Diamond Clean, special edition is really special. The blue color, the elegant design and functionality are all matching. I have been using similar models for the past 5 years, and continue to buy the newer models. Works great and results make the difference.

I've tried all sorts of things to get a consistent way to brush teeth, but so far things hadn't worked well. Even though I tend to NOT use apps associated with devices, this one's visual 2 minute timer to show you which part of the mouth to focus on is extremely helpful.

Does all they claim it can do. Improved my gum score at the dentist.

This is an upgrade from my last one. It feels better than the previous version.

So far, one month, into using toothbrush head isn’t sensitive enough for my need. Like the optional brush modes but need larger and softer brush head.

Love this toothbrush and the app that tracks your brushes and how you brush.
