In May 2023, I purchased these toothbrush heads, and initially, they worked well. However, approximately two weeks after using one of the heads, I noticed that the toothbrush wand wasn't charging properly. I considered returning the toothbrush, but before doing so, I decided to troubleshoot the issue. I replaced the problematic head with another one from the pack, and it worked perfectly without any wand battery problems. It became evident that the specific head was defective.
I attempted to exchange the defective head at Best Buy, but unfortunately, they informed me that an exchange was no longer possible. Seeking a resolution, I contacted Philips, but they clarified that brush heads are not covered under warranty. As a result, I ended up paying over $30 for just one toothbrush head, which feels like a less than favorable deal. It is disappointing that both Best Buy and Philips did not stand behind their products, leaving me unsatisfied with the purchase.
Given the experience, I am uncertain if I would consider buying these toothbrush heads again in the future.

Never buy this from Best Buy ever!!!! I bought it once 3 or 4 years ago and ever since they keep charging my account and sending them. I’ve been into Best Buy over and over and no one can find a subscription because I never made one but they keep sending and charging my account!!!
