May we suggest thoroughly cleaning your appliance? You can clean the nozzle by 1.removing the AirFloss nozzle from the handle, and 2.rinsing the nozzle with warm water. We advise you to clean it after each use to eliminate the residue. There is a small vent in the reservoir door (where you put water/mouthwash) opening to let air in as water is drawn out. If the vent is clogged or dirty, it will reduced and eventually stop the water flow from coming out of the nozzle. We recommend taking a damp/moist paper towel or cotton swab, wiping along the inside edge of the reservoir door opening, especially on the top area, and rinsing well with cold tap water and ensure that there are no debris/dust left. Please ensure that there are no debris from paper towel or cotton swab inside the reservoir area. However we are still glad to help you further, please feel free to get in touch via social media. I’ve used this for 3 weeks and it’s already stopped working. Yes it’s fully charged. Try to get on Philips site and it just gives you the run around! Very unhappy! If the product worked longer than 3 weeks I’d be happy!
