This is Phillips 2nd generation of this product. The pros are the strong jet stream, increased reservoir, USB charging capability, and tip for sensitive gums. The cons are the bulky size and the jet stream that doesn’t pause between teeth. This device is ideal for those who have braces, retainers or sensitive gums.

Overall rating is ok. Could be better. Battery life is amazing. Very little time to charge. Flosser tip isn't the best at taking food out between teeth comparing to waterpick brand.

Use this every day. One of the few models that was marked for use in the shower which keeps us from having to bend over a sink for a long period of time. Find that Best Buy has everything we need, high quality, stand behind warranty.

This is good flosser. I am using it from around a year with no issues.

Got it for my 12y.o. Son after placing him braces. Very easy to use, and keep working up to 20 sec. After pressing power on, has different level of how fast and strong you want a water Spray to work. Like that attachment as well. Worth your money!

I owned two prior water pic brand cordless water flossers. Neither had any significant water pressure power to work effectively. So I thought I would give the Phillips brand a try. What a difference in water output and performance.

This cordless water flosser is really great. There are multiple modes and water pressure settings. It holds its charge for at least two weeks with daily use. It has been a lifesaver since I have gotten braces.

Overall works well. Strong setting is good. Just wish reservoir was a little bigger cuz I feel like it runs out too fast, but that’s just me

Really nice product. Tank Capacity is adequate. Battery life impressive. Multiple settings and interchangeable tips are great. Recommend using in the shower since it can be a bit messy at the sink Hoping my Hygenist notices a difference!

Easy to use and intuitive functioning. My mouth feels cleaner after using but it’s difficult to tell if it is getting in between teeth or not. It’s nice to use at the end of the day.

It’s pretty strong even on the lowest setting, but gets the job done handy to use in the shower so you don’t make a mess long battery life
