This toothbrush is so neat. The future is now. Auto detection and mode switching based on which brushhead you put on, wireless charging, and a well built app full of oral health programs for your needs. Multiple intensity options for those with more sensitive teeth. The only flaw is one of its biggest selling points. The timer shows a map of your mouth as you brush to make sure you don’t miss a spot, which would be helpful if it had more accurate tracking. The reminders and customizable aspects make up for this though. At least for me personally. The app is very stable and updated regularly.

I have used electric toothbrushes for many years, but never anything like this! The vibration intensity is much greater than I have experienced with any other electric toothbrush. However, the really interesting part of this is the connection to a phone or tablet. I never realized that I was not brushing teeth correctly, prior to using this app. It quickly told me I was applying too much pressure and scrubbing my teeth, instead of brushing as I was supposed to. The app shows exactly which part of the teeth to brush, then shows how long to do it, and when to change to another group of teeth. Upon completion of the 2 minute brushing cycle, it even evaluates how well the job was done. It also encourages flossing, and asks at the end if flossing was done. I never thought I would like an iPhone app that told me when to brush, where to brush, how hard to brush, how long to brush each section, etc. But after using this for a couple of weeks, I find I really like it. The "charging stand" for this is also interesting. It is a base with a glass sitting in it, so when the handle or the phone app tells me it is time to recharge, it's as simple as dropping the whole toothbrush into a glass. I'm not sure how long it takes to charge, but it does the job overnight. Then each charge lasts a couple of weeks with normal daily use. It's convenient, it's easy to use properly and keep charged correctly. Although it is clearly the most expensive toothbrush I have ever purchased, all-in-all I feel that it is a good buy.

Bought this to replace my old "non smart" DiamondClean that died after 5 great years. I personally do not think the "smart" functions are worth it, its a little bit annoying to have to pull up an app every time I brush my teeth. I used the app for like the first week and then never again since. I wish I would have just bought a different, cheaper model and not this top of the line one. I will also point out that unlike the older non-smart model, the travel case does not allow you to charge the toothbrush (biggest reason for -1 star). The product says it has over 2 weeks of battery life, but sometimes my husband and I will share toothbrush/interchange heads when travelling so I am not clear if the 2 weeks of life is for a single person's daily use or what if two people are using the product? I may have to do an at home experiment before risking it on vacation. The product itself, however, works great and is a great quality brush. However, if you are looking for the best bang for your buck product, this is probably overpriced.

It’s just a toothbrush, but - wow - what a beautifully designed toothbrush it is! I purchased the black model which features gold and silver accents and a soft-touch finish. My only criticism of the design is the included case. The hinge looks poorly made and I fear it will break in time while the exterior finish is somewhat sticky/tacky and seems to collect a lot of dust. Functionally, the toothbrush is superb and I believe it’s performing better than my old Sonicare FlexCare. Which is to say that it cleans teeth like a champ (verified by my dentist). This is an expensive toothbrush, but if you care about industrial design and/or want the best clean Sonicare currently offers, make the investment. Your teeth will thank you.

Toothbrush is extremely good and easy to use. The Sonicare app is great too and user friendly! I’d recommend this item any day. The only con is the $199 price tag.

This is my second Sonicare toothbrush and they are completely worth the money. No matter how well you brush your teeth it will never be as clean as what you get from a Sonicare. After using this one for a month now I can say overall it is a better toothbrush than the previous version, but the previous Diamond series had better bang for the buck. This one does not include a charging case for travel. Overall if you price match with Amazon and buy from BestBuy to get the points your wallet and your dentist will be happy.

Probably the most expensive toothrbrush I've ever bought but I would definitely recommend it. Easy to charge, looks sleek and really leaves your teeth feeling clean.

First time purchasing an electric toothbrush in this price range. Previously used Quip (which is great) but the power and features are amazing. Linked to the app it tracks how you brush and has a lot of useful suggestions. Definitely leaves my mouth feeling cleaner and you have options for the replacement brush heads that I really like. Travel case is sleek and luxurious. Overall a great purchase is you're willing to spend the money

The noise at medium and high is kind of like a hum rather than the noise that I've had with previous electric toothbrushes. The only downside would be that the travel case doesn't charge the toothbrush. It should be able to easily last for short trips. If you were looking to travel for more than two weeks, you should probably pack the charging base.

This is a REALLY good toothbrush! Every time you brush it leaves your teeth feeling like the dentist cleaned them! Teeth are also visibly whiter, very nice improvement to my dental care. The app is super helpful as a guide when brushing because it lets you know what you missed while brushing. The only downside is it gets a little messy depending on angles.

The ease of use, long battery life, and the cleaning settings make this the ultimate toothbrush in my opinion. Its worth every penny and they last a while. I travel a lot and the charging case keeps it protected and easily charged.

This is an amazing toothbrush that has prevented me from having cavities. It brushes very well, cleansing my back teeth nicely. During my annual dentist appointment visit, my dentist was very impressed by how well my teeth are due to this amazing tooth brush. Well unfortunately the down side about toothbrush is that it stopped working after a year of having it. The toothbrush accidentally was knocked over onto the floor and it completely stop working. This is my second toothbrush that I have had the sam problem with. The motor stopped working after it accidentally fell to the floor.( wish that I had purchased the insurance plan)

The Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean 9300 rechargeable toothbrush is pricy but in my opinion is worth the money. The toothbrush does an excellent job in all of the cleaning modes. I've used other competitor brands and they don't do as good of a job. I've owned the previous version of the 9300 and it lasted a little over 5 years (replacement heads were replaced as needed).

My daughter's old Sonicare stopped working after year so we picked this one up as a replacement. So far we have had no problems with this new toothbrush! The charge lasts for around a week. I like that the low battery lights up when it's time for a charge and the brush also alerts you when it's time for a new toothbrush head. The app was fun for the first couple days, it was cool to see how clean each area of the mouth was. Her friends liked the toothbrush so much, they got their own for Christmas this year!

The toothbrush makes my teeth very clean, be sure to brush the right way, don't press too hard or move too fast. The app left a lot to be desired. It is a hassle to open the app every time you brush to see how you did. I wish it would send me notifications and maybe a score on how well I brushed so I could check the app then. I think it's not very helpful tbh and dictates the order you brush your teeth in which felt uncomfortable to me. At this time for this device, I would advise getting the non Bluetooth version. Although I think the app helped me learn how I was brushing wrong and what was the right way. I think that greatly helped my hygiene routine.

Excellent toothbrush. If you have sensitive gums it works great. Cleans in between the teeth and gum line well. My dentist recommended it years ago and I have never looked back. They last from 2-3 years and I brush a lot. Some may last longer. The brush heads are easy to find at most stores and online. Change every 2-3 months.

The difference between this and a regular toothbrush is unreal. Make sure you buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. This was a replacement under the warranty. Other one stopped charging after two years. Within 10 minutes of walking into best buy they gave me a new one free of charge and let me purchase a new warranty for the replacement.

This is a toothbrush. I only bought this because of my wife. I have never been more impressed with a toothbrush in my life. After the first time using this it felt like I just left the dentist. Truly amazing difference between a standard toothbrush and this. The app is nice to use the first couple times but you don’t need it. Great product! Highly recommend to anyone who is able to splurge
