I’m a guy that is very ignorant when it comes to dental hygiene. I would never floss and I can feel my gums swelling. My dentist rexommended me a water pick and I happened to come accross this item. Very easy to use. Gets in between the teeth. Only issue I have is that I would like to have a better water tank than the one in the packaging.

First time owning a water flosser. I love it so far. It helps. I have permanent retainer (wire glued behind my front top and bottom teeth) and this helps break up the plague.

I think the star shaped nozzle is a good idea. When using it, I am not sure it truly has a benefit but it seems it should. I am skeptical that the "deep clean" does anything useful. It just pulses the pump motor - which to me seems less of a deep clean than normal "clean" mode.
I like the flow control in the handle, but don't like that you have to start the thing at the base, then turn on the flow control at the handle.
Some improvement suggestions for the manufacturer
- Please please please consider how you can use USB-C in a future design for the power connector. This should be top of the list quite frankly.
- I am tall. The hose could be a foot longer.
- All of these devices tend to want to tip over. Why not put some weight in the bottom? This device doesn't need to be portable. Better yet fill the bottom with a heavy rechargable battery! Solves the need for more weight and offers many more placement options for the base.
- Please consider that the power connector on the bottom may not be very convenient as others have pointed out.
- maybe consider how this could be plumbed instead of a tank. I know I sound crazy but the tanks on these things get gross, are always fiddly to work with, etc. I bet people give up on these things after the "new" wears off because they are tired, and don't want to mess with the tank.
All in all, not bad, but this products in this category feel like they need more innovation. Other than the end of the nozzle and the on-off in the handle this is the same thing we had 30-40

Previously used a Waterpik Flosser; it was okay. The Power Flosser 3000 is incredibly easy to use and really gets the 'gunk' out of your teeth. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a water flosser that was well made (reliable), had a good number of pressure settings (10), and would fit on the bathroom vanity counter underneath the medicine cabinet. This brand and model fit the bill. I haven’t used the quad-stream feature often, but for those in a hurry, that might be a good option.
After owning it for a few weeks, I’m happy to say that I feel like I made the right choice.

I like this product, but it doesn’t seem to be as powerful as my previous water flosser. I also would like a tip with a small brush as an option. This all being said, it does a good job.
