It’s a really good, powerful little water flosser. So far it works great. It came with two attachment tips.

I was looking for a water flosser that was well made (reliable), had a good number of pressure settings (10), and would fit on the bathroom vanity counter underneath the medicine cabinet. This brand and model fit the bill. I haven’t used the quad-stream feature often, but for those in a hurry, that might be a good option.
After owning it for a few weeks, I’m happy to say that I feel like I made the right choice.

Never thought I would like doing this, but it really helps clean between teeth and gums. Easy to use. Wish it came with a built in place to hold nozzles.

Solid water flosser. Great deal when on sale. A little harder to find attachments from Phillips - Waterpik brand I bought for my wife came with more and varied attachments.

First time I have ever owned a water flosser. My teeth feel much cleaner after using it. I really like that it is compact, self contained and can stay in one location.

This device worked great for a year, then it started leaking out of the bottom, which obviously didn't bode well. Then it stopped working entirely. It has remained stationary on my bathroom counter the entire time I've had it, only moving it to wipe down/clean the counters. I don't travel with it or move it around often.
Well, it's supposed to have a two year warranty, so I contacted Philips support hoping to get it resolved - their support staff speaks in circles. They ask if it's "charged" (the device isn't battery powered, so why would it be charged?), they have you go through a series of questions, then ask for pictures of the device. They are trained to essentially not help you with your problem very efficiently or effectively if you do have one.
The product is good, when it works, but if it doesn't, and you need to use the manufacturer's warranty, you will be faced with a massive headache and a company that will not readily or willingly stand behind its product/staff that will not be helpful or knowledgeable about their devices.
Stay away from this thing.

I like this product, but it doesn’t seem to be as powerful as my previous water flosser. I also would like a tip with a small brush as an option. This all being said, it does a good job.

I really like this machine. The settings are easy to use and it sits well on my sink top. The two tips are great for cleaning gum lines and in between teeth.
