    Hard to use. Burns Batteries quickly.

    Sound quality is good, but wow is this thing needlessly hard to use. It burns through batteries at break neck speed (first set lasted 3 days with sporadic use on auto record). The instructions are a bit unclear because the functions don't always match up to what the unit itself displays. Lastly, the unit doe not work at all with my PC The pc does not even recognize it regardless of whether or not it is turned on or off.

    Gets the job done… barely. Audio quality is good at best. Manual is unclear and generally not easy to use.

    Very complicated. Just wanted to talk, pause, and save without all those different files. And no paper manual which is normal now, but NOT convenient. Will give as a gift to my granddaughter.

    I got a brand new defective device. It was trouble straight out of the package, but the customer service help was great!
