looking for a easy tool for my dad to use to pass down some family stories to us. As he is approaching 90 it had to be easy to use and effective in picking up his talking and this fit the bill. Its been very effective and so far not one issue on using it.

I purchased this because my previous digital recorder had a cluttered control panel that made it difficult to use without looking at it - this one allows you to memorize the control buttons and turn it on and off without disrupting a conversation. Audio quality very good. Only problem is that the download cable was not included, but luckily I had one that fit.

Easy to use, can expand the memory, and small size. Has really come in handy. Love it.

The sound quality is good, although you need to tinker around with the settings to get the best quality possible for the environment you're recording in.. I've used it every day for a week, and although i've never had any problems with recording, i've had to remove a battery twice because it froze up during playback. Very easy to transfer your recordings to your computer.

This product is good for one on one recordings as far as an interview for instance. Even though it has only 4gb you can always insert a micro sd card for more memory!

It's a microcassette recorder bought for my father, so that he can use it to record thoughts. Allow you to ofload files to a PC or Mac, relatively sturdy ( It's metal colored but actually made of plastic) and has plenty of capacity for storing sound. All around, no frills, perfectly acceptable unit. No issues at all. does the job fine.

The recorder is effective for my usage in classes and lectures. It fits my needs sufficiently.

This was easy to use and easy to transfer the recorded message to the computer.

Helps me remember all the things I'm suppose to do and easy to keep track of things that come up to just record them to do later

I wanted a recorder to record various nature situations. It is perfect. maybe too perfect. It picks up all sounds, even when I move. I place it in a steady spot, press record and download the mp3 recording to my computer. I've also used it as a voice recorder (that's what it is) and the recording is very clear. It's very easy to use.

I needed a small recorder for voice notes and so far this seems like it will be great.

I needed this to record some very important conversations at work. I could not be to close so I did the research and this was said to have a long range. Do not hesitate, this thing picked up with no static or back noise! I am in love with it!

Works better than I expected and is compact for easy carry and easy to use in the dark. We haven't recorded any spirit voices yet ;)

This recorder is easy to use and can easily be connected to one's laptop or computer to transfer audio recordings. I'm a student and this came in handy for many research projects I was doing that involved interviews.

This unit is easy to use with fewer buttons than comparable units . And, the sound quality is good, too. Excellent to use for dictation and speech recognition software.

This had the best range without back static noise. The recording screen was easy to read and use
