Ordered these for corporate gifts. I am giving one to everyone who gave me a referral for keeping my phone nice, healthy and ringing with business. The mother of pearl is going to match the postcards i had custom made. Perfect holiday gift.

The product description is inaccurate and misleading. I’ve ordered online and picked up in store, only to find that this product does NOT have the USB charging port as it advised (see picture). While I understand sanitization is its main function, it’s indeed disappointing to receive a product that does not have all functions that were expected. If the product description had been accurate this product would have been 5 stars.

It fits all my family's phones and it lights up. Obviously I haven't done any cultures from samples taken from the surface of the phone after putting it in the device but research says uv-c light does kill all the nasties. It turns on automatically when you close it, whether there is a phone inside or not. Which I think Is a waste. But, it is super easy to use.

Device seems to work well enough. Easy to use and appropriately sized for our various phones. Only oddity is that the power comes on automatically when you close the lid. This is great when you put your phone into the device to be sanitized. However, when you remove your phone and close the lid, the device automatically goes into another sanitization cycle. This is a waste and rather stupid. It would be great if it could sense whether a device was located inside of it or not and only turn on the lights when a device was present inside.

Works as intended! Had another one for several years now from a Christmas gift and it's still holding up. Just put your phone in and close the lid. After a few minutes the light will turn off and you can feel the difference.

As seen on Shark Tank! works well and budget friendly, best part is that you can charge device as it gets sanitized and also my tv remote fits just barely but its great to have. wish i had 2% ownership in this company since sales skyrocketed in 2020

got this on sale, there's no way of verifying if it actually is killing germs for me, but I like the it shuts off by itself after a certain period in case I forget my phone in there.

In this particular day and age, cleaning anything/everything we can, may help keep us all a bit more safe. Since our phones are in around our hands and faces much of the day, it stands to reason that they are laden with not-so-savory germs, etc. When we saw this item and read about before it was released, thought we would get one when it did come out. That we did, and it works easily, and with a 10-minute (roughly) timed "sanitation" cycle, we feel that we are doing one more thing to protect ourselves from germs, etc. Observations: when the unit is plugged in, it's on and so is the UV light. Now, place the phone (keys, other items) in it first, then plug it in. The "lightning bolt" indicator on the top could/should be a bit brighter as it's difficult to tell when the cycle is done.

Purchased as a gift and the recipient loves it. She uses it to sanitize her phone, keys and apple watch after a sweaty workout.

I use this product everyday to clean my IPhone, nothing like coming home and sanitizing my phone as well.

During COVID-19, I decided to get one of these for my boyfriend, to try to show from a distance that I care and want to help keep him safe. I had seen a bunch of these on various websites but chose this one because I've heard of the PhoneSoap brand. This is their first iteration, and they're up to 3 now, so using their website might be better, but this one works fine for me. My iPhone XR and my boyfriend's iPhone 11 Pro both fit into the unit. I agree with another review that the bottom inside plastic feels delicate, but according to PhoneSoap, this is needed for the light to get through effectively. I don't think it'll be a problem or puncture. While I can't fit my wallet inside, I can fit my phone by itself or a few combinations of credit cards and keys, just making sure things are in a single layer so all the surfaces are cleaned. The PhoneSoap site has a good demonstration of how much "stuff" this really kills that's on our phones. I'll continue using this, even just for peace of mind right now.

Phonesoap basic works as advertised (assuming the UV light is doing it’s thing). The cleaning cycle is fairly quick and light on top goes off when complete. Only issue as mentioned by others is that when cleaning cycle is complete and phone removed from unit, if you shut the unit door, it will start cleaning cycle even with nothing in it. I unplug it when done to avoid it. It easily fits iPhone 8, 11, and 12 with a typical case (eg otter box commuter).

I use it everyday for sanitizing for my phone, my husband’s phone, Apple Watch and Airpods. It is so easy to use. Just open the lid, plug in and the light will be on. It takes ten minutes, and it will automatically shut off. And I get it on sale. I don’t need the newest model, but wish they make it bigger. So I can put my Beats headphone. Just look plastic and boring black, but I know you can get a better model with different colors.
