I have drank this beer for a few years now and to be able to brew it at home was pretty cool.

The beer tasted great after patiently waiting 2 weeks to ferment. It was brewery quality.

Another fantastic PicoPak. Grabbed 1 more on sale and brewed; awaiting a nice afternoon to tap.

I'll preface this with saying that I actually brew all grain beer a lot, but I did pick one of these up used for really cheap randomly and decided to give it a shot. The process is really easy to do with this system. So, that's great. However, I decided to actually follow this exactly as the directions say, including fermentation, and I will say that I'm not the biggest fan. This was one of probably four different recipes I've done on this system, and while it's okay tasting for the average person, I tasted off flavors all over the place with this thing. If you're going to do these systems, I'd recommend really controlling your fermentation temperature and being careful. I honestly don't know that I'll ever use the packs again, but for the money I guess this was okay?

Spent $400 on the Pico C, got 4 pics pack to brew and they we’re all expired. The PACs did not turn out very good but partly my fault to blame for not checking expiration date before I bought them.
