I have Sony's a6000 and needed an adapter to attach Tamron's 18-400 with a Canon mount. Everything works except the auto focus. It will run back and forth searching VERY SLOWLY and SOMETIMES stopping at the right spot but usually not. I tried swapping the lens, the adapter, etc etc with other photogs, but cannot find the magic solution. It doesn't seem to fit very snug to the camera and may be part of the problem. Meanwhile I can manually focus, but moving targets are VERY DIFFICULT and is the bulk of my shooting...

Purchase product for use with Sony A6000 to utilize my canon lenses. Product works for intended use, but was somewhat slow when using auto focus. Manual settings and manually focusing seemed to work better when using product for converting lenses to use with Sony camera.

Most auto focus features work, I adapted a Tamron 70-200mm 2.8 to an A6300. A lot of hunting but it works, for the price it does what I expected.

This does give the capability to connect but sometimes the lens won't function. It's hit or miss sometimes, but overall ok

I purchased this item to use my Canon glass on my new Sony A7 III, and the description states that this will work with your camera's autofocus system. I was NOT able to get Continuous Autofocus to work on my A7 III, so I don't think that this description is accurate to the functionality this adapter provides.

Sorry to report that the adaptor does not work with my Sony A7RII and my EF-S and EF lens. I can not turn the lens to the proper position for the adaptor and the lens to lock and have all the electronic contacts to complete the circuit, which means that there is no communication between the lens and the camera.
