This was a fun title, expect around 30 hours for a 100% playthrough, very replayable with the dandori battles. The new pikmin types are fun, and Oatchi is adorable

Pikmin 4 is honestly incredible, and I can't stop gushing about it! From the moment I started playing, I was completely hooked. The world of Pikmin is so enchanting, with those adorable little creatures and clever puzzles that just make you smile. And the graphics? Wow, they're just stunning. I loved how the game perfectly balanced strategy and adventure, and whether I was exploring those lush, vibrant landscapes or leading my Pikmin pals, it all felt like one epic, joyful adventure. Pikmin 4 is hands down one of my all-time favorite gaming experiences, and I can't recommend it enough!

Pikmin 4 is the long awaited sequel for Pikmin 3, originally released in 2013. Pikmin 4 is an amazing video game that is a great opening for anyone that is semi-interested in diving into the Pikmin franchise. The Pikmin as characters are amazingly charming, with a semi-memorable cast of side characters that have good personality but are not too overwhelming to be distracting / annoying. This game has a good amount of content, which took around 25 hours to fully complete. This game may lack replay value, unless you are one to often revisit games or go for a faster time / "score."

Great game and worthy successor to Pikmin 3. Worth jumping in if youre new to the series as well as a seasoned player famikiar with it.

I enjoyed this one quite a bit. I love the first two Pikmin games, and Pikmin 3 deviated too much from the controls and strategy for me to truly enjoy. This one definitely controls differently, but the multiple collectibles really appealed to me. I'm also not usually a "challenge" guy, but the optional challenges were very enjoyable. If you enjoyed the first two games, give this a try.

Is a fun, chill game. Nothing too stressing or too hard. The graphics are pretty good as well.

I recently played through all of the Pikmin games and this one is by far my favorite. First, Oatchi is cute and a great gameplay addition. He simplifies movement with your pikmin and creates new opportunities for strategy by giving him commands to operate independently. I also really enjoyed all of the additional game modes in this one. They really challenge you in different ways around efficiency and team work. This is a great entry point to the Pikmin series if youre a newcomer as well as a great sequel for those of us who are existing fans.

Excellent graphics lots of fun and tons of items to collect. As always new pikmin to discover and enjoy. It's a whole new world at your feet.

Bought for my wife. They love this game and the series.

This game is so good. Best Pikmin game yet. Fixes anything I didn’t like about the old ones and I loved the old ones. Must buy must play

It may have taken four entries, but Nintendo has finally perfected Pikmin with the near flawless Pikmin 4. While it's not big on story, the characters are all enjoyable enough to push the action forward and there's a few good callbacks for longtime Pikmin fans. The graphics are amongst the best on the Switch and the puzzles are better than ever before. Add to that, it's as relaxing or as nerve wracking as you prefer to make it thanks to a moderate difficulty level which can be offset by the new rewind feature.

For a franchise that began in 2001, it sure has come a long way. The game is somewhat of a soft reboot of the series with Olimar becoming shipwrecked and using the Pikmin to rebuild his wrecked space vehicle, only this time you are taking control of a custom-made character who is tasked with locating him based on his SOS alert when he loses communication. The initial campaign to find him is short but there are a ton more things to do once that is out of the way, so keep playing! The real difficulty comes at that point.

I loved playing this game. It's fun, easy to pick up and play and great for the kids too. Definitely a must buy for the Switch.

Pikmin is one of my favorite video game franchises of all time. I remember when the 3rd game came out and I played that game for hours upon hours. It was one of my favorite Wii U games so you can imagine my excitement when 10 years passed and we finally got the 4th game. So far I like the 3rd the best still, but 4 is definitely a worthy entry in the franchise and I am glad to see more people play such a great game. I highly recommend this game for most people who have a switch.

this might not be the hardest pikmin game but it's also a game with oatchi in it. i think that's one thing it has over the other's at least. Great O A Tchi

Overall the games a great iteration on the pikmin series, if you've played and enjoyed earlier pikmin games you're sure to appreciate this version. Some quality of life improvements have been added such as the ability to customize your character and be "part of the story". You've also got a new companion ochi the dog. He helps you along in the story and can do things like track castaways and pull heavy objects. Also, you can ride ochi along with your pikmin.

Great comfort game. For fans of the series who enjoyed the more strategic gameplay of pikmin 3 (sending multiple crew to different areas and multi-tasking) that loop is not really present. This is a more relaxed experience which seems to resonate with a lot of people. I would prefer a harder difficulty option but this game is great for what it is. If you have younger kids or want to get into the series, this game was made for that reason.

Game is really fun especially for beginner gamers who want to ease into more in depth gaming on the switch

On the surface, it seems to be incredibly easy compared to the last installments and in general. However, the difficulty starting from area 3 proves that the series’ difficulty is still going strong along with returning mechanics (such as treasure collecting) as well as the full array of Pikmin throughout the series being present—In other words, a great entry for beginners while also still being a decent challenge and a rosy love letter for long-time Pikmin fans.
