I went in to purchase an oven that was on sale. The store didn't have the model I wanted in stock due to it being about to be discontinued. The associate tried to up sell me to the more expensive model which I did not want!! They were never able to locate the item that I wanted & finally agreed to sell the floor model Upon loading the floor model into my truck they broke off 2 feet & never offered to contact the manufacturer to order new ones Upon getting the oven home, it was NOT cleaned & didn't even have the correct owners manual!!! I went to a different Best Buy location the next day for an owners manaul & had to say "excuse me" to the first associate 3 times before he got off his phone before being helped about the manual problem. He needed to get a manager for appliances. The manager then proceeded to tell me that "his job ended the minute that I walked out of the store with the product & that I would need to pay for an owners manaul" This is probably hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had with Best Buy & will have to very very very carefully consider purchasing with them again!!!!!!!

I never watch Pinocchio growing up, I watch it the first time with my daughter (3 years old). I never realized how different Disney movies are back in the days. This movie had reference to smoking, driniking, child trafficking, etc. My daughter got scare at the whale scene and demanded to turn it off. I dont recommend buying this movie for kids under 12 years old.

This item didn't keep my sons attention. It's not really recolored, not sure if box said it was. It's just old fashioned memories for people like me that are almost 50. Maybe Disney will revamp one day. Don't recommend for small ear kids age 2-3.
