It's the original Pinocchio. Great to see it in a modern Blu-ray format. Definitely one to have in your Disney collection.

I was very excited to bring this classic Disney cartoon home I enjoyed as a child to share with my almost 3 year old! She loved it and it reminded me of watching it as a child with my parents. It is amazing to see such a classic movie enhanced with vivid colors mixed with the original animation, I loved as a child, in 1080p! This is the classic storytelling of Pinocchio by Disney just modernized for a new generation. I urge all 80s children to share this experience with your children today! Absolutely fantastic!!

This is the first time I have seen Pinocchio in a very long time (since I was a little kid), and definitely the first time watching it in the blu-ray format. Its a very simple story, the main characters are charming, and the picture is crystal clear. It's also great to see a cat (sweet little Figaro) portrayed very positively and not as some villainous creature like in other Disney films (Cinderella). If you don't own Pinocchio already, it will be a worthy addition to your Disney collection.

Buy the Bluray if you don't own the previous version or you just want the Oswald short like I did. It's worth the short, but the transfer is the exact same as the last release...well with one exception. The first discs that came out previously has some missing dialog during "Give A Little Whistle". Disney eventually fixed that, but if you missed it, here's your chance to get the corrected version.

I am really pleased to have this beautiful film in such great color and resolution. I saw it in theatres as a child and remembered it fondly, but I appreciate it more now. Yeah, the smoking is awful and the bad kids are too bad, but Who can resist such a pretty and innocent fairy? I love this film for what it is and not for what film should be now. It is still fun!

As a Disney collector, I had to add this wonderful movie to my collection. For owners of the previous Diamond collection blu-ray, the picture quality and audio quality are identical, but there are added bonus features in this one that make this release the more appealing package. Pick it up before it goes back into the vault!

It's kind of nice to see this released again. Though it only contains a few new bonuses, it doesn't have any really new features as far as audio is concerned, it does have the codes for thee digital version of the film, which is a really nice addition for those who like to take the movie anywhere.

I don’t know what to say. I wanted this on Blu-ray to replace my old dvd copy. Have I actually watched it since upgrading to Blu-ray, including any of the special features: no. Am I still happy with my purchase: yes. It’s a classic that will be there for me when I need it.

Having been a 90s kid, Pinocchio is out of my favorites list due to so many others filling up the spots. However, it was a good film but so much weirder than I remember. The format of the film makes it only about 1/2 of my screen size which can be annoying, but not bad all in all.

Pinocchio is definitely showing its age. Some of the moral lessons taught are via examples that just wouldn't be allowed today (ie. kids drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco) but are no less relevant. The movie is seriously dated but still a Disney classic.

I have 2 children and we buy almost all disney movies that are available for them to watch. As excited as my daughter was for pinocchio, she is just not into it with all the newer Disney movies. It is a classic though and a must own for Disney fans.

This was a good redo of the original although not all of it is in HD or 4K which probably adds the original character to the new version i guess. Overall it was a good movie and the main parts/characters that were in HD was a clear hd picture :)

If you managed to miss the BLU Ray release the first time then I highly recommend you pick up this edition. There are a few new added featureettes but nothing that truly makes this a must own as the film will no doubt be re-released in 10 years.

I think that this version of Pinocchio is very lovely with it being a part of the Walt Disney signature collection. The casing of it is nice and the cover art is very sleek and classy. The movie too is very great as it is a classic.
