This Pioneer receiver model has the most complete elements that the serious entertainment system would need without busting your wallet. I particularly like the Bluetooth and wireless streaming that is built in to stream from my laptop.

The set-up and operation of this receiver was well documented. The step by step directions had me up and running in less than 15 minutes. I have satellite receiver, Blueray player, Xbox and a Samsung 3d TV hooked up along with external speakers (primary) and sound bar as secondary sound. All working correctly

I consider myself somewhat of an expert when it comes to electronics. I used to install custom home theater equipment years ago too. that being said, the menus are horrible and the customer service when call tech support is just as bad assuming you're able to get anyone on the phone. Once set up though, the sound is phenomenal. I just added a pair of Onkyo Dolby Atmos speakers and it's unlike any listening experience I have ever heard before. I wish I had the money to buy a receiver than had front and rear Atmos channels because I have heard it would sound even better. Aside from the user interface issues the only other negative is that this does not support nor is upgradeable to DTS:X.

Receiver easy to setup and provides good power to fill the room with sound.

I checked reviews online and on Best Buy and saw great reviews. Pioneer puts a lot of features in a receiver at this price. I have been happy with this purchase.

The receiver works great with my new Samsung TV. The setup process is a bit lengthy, but guides you though with an app on your phone. I really like the quality of sound it puts out. The only bad thing is that it keeps switching inputs when you turn it on. After you change it once it keeps the right source. Not a huge deal, just really annoying.

I had reviewed several receivers for a while now and when the price was right I jumped on this one. Took a while to set up but was well worth it. I like the sound and am all ready to get into Atmos when future movies are released that way.

The best value for Atmos surround sound. Everything works well. I run a BD, Roku, PS4, Wii to an Optoma projector.

I like the receiver, but it is not very easy too setup. I have owned many other brands of receivers and this one is the hardest to setup. It does not work very well with my harmony one remote. I have owned this for about a month and I am still trying to tweak it to work with the harmony.

Great receiver. Sounds incredible. The iPad app that controls it (in addition to the normal remote) is sweet !!

Went with the same brand name that I previously owned. It does what I want it to do. I wish it had come with a hard copy instead of a disc that must be used with a computer .

Still going strong. Doesnt get hot even if you play this 24 hrs straight. Awesome Elite Amp

I highly recommend this reciever. Plenty of power and great sound. Initial set up a little tricky. Remote App is handy and a big reason I purchase this receiver.

Great item Bluetooth works great and the multi room hdmi is fantastic. I would recommend this receiver to any one looking for a mid range receiver

I walked into Best Buy after losing my receiver to a lightning strike. After looking at many of the receivers, the salesman pointed out this particular model. He assured me that it had all the features I was looking for and many more, so I purchased it.The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because of the setup, it was a bit of a task, the instructions weren't quite going along with what I was seeing in the setup book. Once I got the whole process going I was able to make sense of the instructions in the manual and what was happening online. When the setup finally finished, the receiver works great and definately take care of everything I need.

Great sound, easy setup, good design, very good price

I already had pioneer 5.2 AV receiver and when I saw this on sale I didn't think twice to buy it. The price was good as compared to price offered on other websites. There were more functionalities like Wifi and Bluetooth in this receiver which were missing from my older pioneer. Overall I think it is a good buy.
