My impression was that it wasn't going to be a good subwoofer for my system. It was light weight and I felt my amp would tear the material of the speaker. But once I plugged it in, boy was I shocked! It sounded better than some of my old subwoofers! Even showed it's durability! Shouldn't have doubted Pioneer's record of amazing car audio products!

Good for entry level sound

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Dual Voice coil one that was a bit higher RMS and it blew...kinda didn’t wanna wait to order one or go to a place that I didn’t have a credit card at so I just got this one. Don’t really dig the thump as hard but it definitely does it’s job at adding a solid bass to the overall sound.

Decent value

Probly pushing 800w through the pair, they smack pretty good in a sealed box, a little weak on the lows but what do you expect at this price point. For the money I'm happy with them.
