BestBuy quickly addressed the issue and had another shipped out and it arrived flawlessly. I have it installed and the power output and sound quality are on par with more expensive units. The amplifier runs cool and consistently.

It sounds excellent and is a bit loud for me but this is good because what used to be acceptable at 75% volume in my old amp is now acceptable at 33%. So far less distortion and it just sounds great for what I play on it

Before the amp, I had to have the volume up to 45+ to hear over the vehicle, but now it only needs to be up to 20. Was running speakers directly from a Pioneer deck before the amp install.
