Setup went easy, logged in to every service… and then every streaming service loaded with lines that made the screen look like it had been dropped, shattered, and then installed. Menu images were perfectly fine, apps were unusable. Weirdest thing. Returned for a different product. Probably a one-off, i’ll never know.

Bought for my son for Christmas. Upon opening and plugging in something inside was cracked but not the screen. We ended up replacing it.

Hello Jhonny! We understand how frustrating it is to open a brand-new product and find it damaged, even if the screen looks fine. That’s incredibly disappointing especially when it was meant to be a Christmas gift for your son. While Best Buy handles returns and replacements, we want every Pioneer customer to feel supported.

I purchased this TV to watch FIFA World Cup soccer games outside. It has exceeded my expectations for the price. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, and the Roku interface is simple to set up and easy to navigate. Streaming apps load quickly, and connecting the TV to Wi-Fi took only a few minutes. The sound quality is good for everyday TV watching. I also appreciate the lightweight design and the convenient placement of the HDMI ports, which made setup very easy. Overall, this is an excellent value if you're looking for an affordable 40-inch smart TV. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable TV without spending a lot of money.

Great Tv for my nephew

I’ve had this TV for a little while now, and it’s been a solid purchase. The picture is clear, the colors look great, and streaming apps load pretty quickly. Setup only took a few minutes, and I had no issues connecting it to Wi-Fi. The built-in speakers are fine for everyday watching, but I may eventually add a soundbar for movies. Overall, it’s a good TV for the price, and I’m happy with my purchase from Best Buy.

Product is very light, the set up was easy. Had to creat an account, not always pleasent but easy to so. It has a lot of apps. The remote is user friendly. The cost was good for what it is, just wanted a good tv for the right price. Nothing fancy but nothing plain. Its a perfect good tv.

Very nice t.v. for the price. Picked up this full HD t.v. on sale for $99. I bought it for our bedroom. Unit has a good clear picture. It’s already setup with Roku so I could eliminate the usb Roku. My only complaints are that some of the apps were pixelated. Looked up the issue and they said to restart the t.v. so I did. It seemed to fix the issue. The other issue is the speakers. It sound like I was listening through a red solo cup. It seems like this is a common issue with budget models. However, I decided to pick up the Insignia 20” sound bar from Best Buy. It had very good reviews so for $25 on sale, I gave it a shot. Not disappointed at all. Very satisfied. It hooked up to the TVs HDMI ARC port. I control it with the TV volume. I love that feature. It sounds great for bedroom and pairs well with the TV. Added some led lights to the back of the TV and used the usb port to power. Now I have an upgrade TV watching experience. Pioneer has been a trusted brand for years. Best Buy’s Insignia brand is also a great product! The 2 combined is a great deal!! Thank you Best Buy!!!!

We bought a pioneer tv a few years ago and love it so when it was time to purchase a new tv for our son’s room and we saw the great deal on the pioneer, it was a no brainer! The TV is a good size for a bedroom, was easy to set up and picture if great!

I play video games on this 99% of the time and it’s great for that. One thing that should be changed is how oversaturated the screen is and looks very off at first. I will save you the time and use these settings Display brightness - normal Picture mode - standard Black light - 70 Brightness 44-50 depending on the person Contrast - 15 Sharpness - 50 Color - 50 Tint - 0 Game mode on Only downside to this tv is the remote side volume buttons are way too easy to press Sound is okay, but you can change its EQ to different settings. Still a bit too mid range It’s good value otherwise

I have no negatives about this tv- especially for the price. I didn't need anything fancy. The size is perfect for the small room it's in, the picture is quite sharp, and it's compatible with Spectrum service. Setup was easy- even for a 70 yr old woman recovering from ankle replacement. Feels like a good deal.

TV arrived well packaged and as anticipated - was easy to set up, picture was good. And I love the Roku TV, its a great platform and so easy to get around on. Looks a lot bigger and better than the 32 inch I had in the bedroom before, and while not a 4k, the picture is still nice and sharp.
