Disappointed

I brought this for my mom who is 84 and she was very disappointed that it does not work. Now I have to take it back to the store opposed to one being delivered.

There was cat hair on the back of the tv and cat paw prints on the screen. One of the screws for the legs were missing and there was a little kids drawing on the foam holding the tv in the box. All those things could have over looked but after putting it all together and hooking everything up the tv wouldn’t pick up the wifi in the house so we returned it.
