TV makes a crackling noise on right speaker. Tried to return to Best Buy today and they declined because a couple of days past 30. I have bought 4 of these. I will no longer do business with Best Buy and I'm sure they really don't care.

This TV went black on day 2. Took it back and the folks at Best Buy couldn’t make it work either. They happily exchanged it for another brand.

I have had this tv less than a month and today the screen went black. I am so disappointed and unhappy with this purchase! It was working fine and then a black screen.

This television has the best picture and sound. I bought this for my elderly mom and she finds it easy to use. The remote is Roku, so super simple. The price point was great for the size. Very please with this purchase
