Not very bright

I was not impressed by the brightness at all. Had to change many settings just to be able to watch it and its still not near as bright as my other 8 year old TV. Sound was good on its own but I already had a sound bar that its now plugged into.

Pioneer not so bad as I thought

It was a bargain for the size. Out of the box was beautifully designed. The picture quality and performance was excellent. It has a very clean contrast picture and is responsive navigating through the media. The sound quality is not so great, but you can fix that by adding a sound bar which will make a big difference when watching content. Overall I would recommend this tv at at a bargain price.
