I recently upgraded from a cheaper pioneer receiver and paired it with new Bowers bookshelves. Before installing the new speakers I took a quick pause to listen to the before and after from the new amp. Changing the amp alone made a dramatic difference on sound clarity. After adding the new Bowers speakers, I was blown away. Only complaint is the controls / on screen are a little clunky and setup and adjustments are a little complicated, but once you're done, no problem.

Perfect option for my new home theater! Allows me the access Wi-Fi right thru my new TV.

bought this on sale, extremely happy w/ product. set-up not too complicated, especially w/ easy-to-follow set-up software (a huge plus). much easier to use, and incredible sound and video superior to my previous lower-end pioneer receiver model. would definitely purchase this again even if it were not on sale.

Amazing reciver! Easy controls, powerful and great for a home theater.

This is a powerful receiver capable of running many of the components in my system. It was easy to setup and has worked great! I especially like the bluetooth capability and the Internet radio feature. All in all, I think I got a great bargain with this receiver and was steered to it by a knowledgable sales associate at Best Buy.

I updated my home theater system and this receiver is phenomenal and has enough power to drive my Definitive Tech BP 8060 and BP 8040 tower speakers. I'm using audioquest type 4 and rocket 33 for my speaker wires. I enjoy watching movies with Dolby Atmos, listening to SACD Norah Jones, SACD Best Audiophiles Voices.

easy to hookup, the only negative is, i haven't figured out how to get pandora to work. but i ave that on other apps.

Got this on sale and it sounds amazing. Immediately heard the improvement in sound quality over my onkyo receiver. My favorite feature is the 10 step self calibration it does to adjust for best possible quality of sound for your room.

Looking to upgrade 7 year old system. After researching online and talking to Best Buy sales people went with Pioneer. D3 amps for cooler and more efficient running and had all bells and whistles I need for now and the future.

I went in thinking I would purchase an entry level surround sound system because I have a serious money home system(audio only). I have to say having been around audio my whole life, and this is a pretty solid unit. tons of functions, ease of use/set up highly recommended.

Outstanding sound quality, am very pleased with this unit. Spoke with a few sales people in the store before purchasing it, they had great information on the product and knew what I was looking for.

Received my product in a timely manner. Product works very well with my system.

I cant say I was knocked off my feet but the sound was premium

This amplifier does take some getting used to when it comes to setting everything up, it's not just plug and go but once you have everything set up with speakers that can handle the power you are ready to wow all your friends for sure.

Picked this SC-91 up on clearance. Very happy with the performance and features of this Home Theater Receiver. For my needs, this is an excellent unit.
