Right as we left after getting them installed at Best Buy at Orange Park, the speakers went out. Went back and the guy said speakers were too powerful and we would need an amp. It disk taeem right to me and went inside the store where a very nice associate agreed with me and said we should not need an amp. The next day we took it to a different audio installation store where we saw the issue was that they were is talked incorrectly and the cables were shorting each other . That saved us $700 that would have been unnecessary for an amp.

Crackling has completely stopped, and the sound overall is a much better quality. Would 100% but from Best Buy again. I recommend getting installed with the “geek squad” for best chances of maximum efficiency.
