These speakers are not bad for the money, and would make a great replacement door speaker, but do not expect a lot of bass from them. From my experience, most of the speakers on the market sound better with an after market Amplifier. I believe these would benefit from an amplifier. I used my set in a shop stereo project, and they sounded a lot better when I ported the box. These speakers are small, but need to breath.

I'm a huge Pioneer buff when it comes to car audio. I've been using their products since i was a teenager which is well over 20 years. These 2 ways sound great in my Altima along with the Pioneer head unit and 6x9's I purchased. I also have a 3000 Watt Pioneer sub...lol. Thanks for the great deal!

They are a perfect fit replacement for my door speakers. They need some power for you to experience their full potential.

They deliver nice stock stereo sound . Not alot of bass or overall loudness but good for just listening to some average volume music from an average power head unit. If you want loud and clear and power you'll need to spend more.

Bought these to replace the 15+ year-old door speakers in a Honda Civic. Read a number of reviews that stated the speakers lacked bass. If you are looking for window-rattling bass these speakers won't do it. However, if you want to upgrade from factory speakers I found these to provide a noticeable improvement over the entire frequency range. The bass was not deep but firm and tight sounding on drum beats and the added high frequencies made the stock speaker sound like it was firing into a pillow by comparison. There are better speakers out there with crossovers for various frequency ranges but that costs more. I am very satisfied with the sound quality of these speakers and they easily mounted in the factory locations with little difficulty. I only needed to bend the outer mounting tabs back for them to fit.

I got these to replace the factory speakers that had quit in my 2000 GMC Sierra. They were an easy install and sound good. They are not huge bass monsters, but still a great factory replacement. Good price and good Pioneer brand.

Speakers initially did not fir and had to purchase an adapter, once the adapter was used the speakers fit fine and sound good. not much bass bu they are small door mounted speakers so didn't expect much. For the price I do not think you can find better, great deal!

Sounds great, easy to install, good product for the price. However, had to purchase a power subwoofer to give it that bass. But I'm happy! Better than Kicker for sure.

I bought these to replace the front door speakers in an 02 Toyota and 03 Infiniti. In both vehicles, the Pioneers performed just as well as the OEM speakers they replaced. The sound was clean and had a bit of fullness to it. Don't expect anything along the lines of heavy bass, but the low end was more than sufficient to please my ears almost all the time. I almost bought a pair of Kickers in the same size to get more low end and range, but decided that I did not need to pay double the price, especially since the Pioneers would fit my needs 99% of the time. I would recommend these.

For car speakers, these get the job done. There's two in the box (as usual for car speakers). I haven't pushed them hard, but I doubt they will shake the car or rattle anything. Anyone looking to just replace some speakers will be fine with these. The installation was very easy. The car was a Ford Fiesta 2011 Base model. I believe it has 6? maybe 8 speakers total? A power adapter was needed and so was a mounting kit, both on best buy or crutchfield. Very easy installation, took maybe an hour without knowing what I was doing.

This speaker sound good. Don't buy these speakers if your looking for bass in the speaker. This speaker plays highs really well.

The sound is definitely strong and powerful, not charler or noise , nice price, easy to connect

I needed a pair of speakers to replace those in a golf cart installation. I wanted good sound but needed a cone construction that would hold up in an outdoor installation subject to humidity and dust variations. These speakers were a breeze to install, sound great, and after a month they still perform like new, and the cost was very reasonable. If you are looking for speakers for an ATV or Golf cart I would strongly consider these.

I have used Pioneer speakers and head units for many years, seeking that middle ground of very good sound at a decent price. These speakers carry on the the tradition of a good bang for the buck, and with the poly cones they will last and sound good while doing it.

These are good speakers. I was hoping they would produce a little more bass then they do but considering I know nothing about speakers my expectations were not very high. All in all they do provide a good sound and I am not disappointed

Replaced my sons factory speakers in a CRV. Much improved over stock and works great with the factory head unit. You are not going to get bone rattling bass but improvered sound over stock.great value for the money.

bought these to replace blown stock speakers they sound good and are a nice build quality over the stock dont sound that good with low bass but you get what you pay for overall good speaker for the price

I bought these for my 1982 Chevy C10 pickup and they were perfect for my new retro style AM/FM radio. Easy to install and the sound is good for the truck. These are NOT high end speakers but they don't have a high end cost either.

I was reluctant about these speakers but I was in for a surprised. These speakers have exceeded my expectation and have performed well since they have been installed. The price was good and I’m totally satisfied.

i bought these on a half off sale so i got 2 pair for 50 bucks and installed them in a PT crusier and big improvement over stock these arent the high end speakers or have great bass but they get the job done
