Major disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went from a pioneer double din without the touchscreen to this because I was adding a backup camera. I now have major engine noise coming through my speakers and can't get the levels setup correctly for my subs. My subs sound like trash now.

Great radio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this radio to install on an 06 civic. Install was a breeze with the metra radio harness adapter as well as the antenna adapter. Fitment was also perfect in the scosche kit. Purchased it mainly for Bluetooth use and because it was touchscreen overall the radio is awesome

Great Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product was super easy to install, take me about 15 minutes once installed I absolutely fell in love with this product. This hooked right up to my stock sound system and I didn't even need to buy new speakers because the sound is still clear as day

Great cd player
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything works perfectly. Just watch out if you buy this in store its priced 60 to 70 dollars more. I understand best buy does price match but if you don't know the sales person won't say anything. Also, make sure you talk with the install person not the sales person about wiring harnesses and steering wheel modules and whatever else you may need for installation.

Terrible.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, let me say that this unit was awesome in the beginning- for about 3 months. Then somewhere along the lines, it started having problems. But I'll get to that... I mostly used it for listening to Pandora radio. Something between the iPhone and this Pioneer unit meant that all control over Pandora had to be handled through the head unit exclusively and not the phone itself, which is NOT nearly as practical or user friendly as it is from the phone. Changing stations is a slow, clunky process and nowhere near as seamless as it is from your handheld. It's a terrible feature that you're forced to use, which is just stupid. Now onto the errors... After that initial 3 month period where the radio was great, it started throwing these error codes: Error 6b-something-something. For no apparent reason, Pandora (which you HAVE to use through the radio) and the iPhone stop communicating. The head unit errors out, and the music stops playing. To get it to play, you have to shut Pandora down from running in the background on your phone, which is just a pain in the a**. Your second choice is to just switch to either the Bluetooth or iPod function, and the music starts right back up immediately. This was much faster and my go-to move to get the music going again. Not to be outdone, my Pioneer radio soon caught onto this trick and developed a new "6B" error to stop the music in the iPod function as well, forcing me to eventually shut Pandora down anyway. On the rare occasion that it did not give me an error from under the iPod function, the head unit would instead take it upon itself to return to the Pandora function, only to promptly error out and stop my music once again. At first, it was just annoying. But then it got worse, and the radio was doing this religiously, just about every 10 minutes. Consider yourself dealing with that on an hour ride or more, and you're ready to rip your hair out. It should also be noted that this head unit can't take a punch either. And for that, I cannot recommend it.
