With 4K pass-through and 3D ready enabled, this receiver is a do all, need all device! Also boasting 6 HDMI inputs, this receiver can handle 2 subwoofers! At an affordable price, I myself could not pass this up and I'm a techy, love my gaming and high def visuals. This Pioneer is definitely one to own.

This unit has inputs for all of the sources I have in my home theater system. From Blu-ray disc player to mobile HDMI inputs for my iPad and iPhone and many other HDMI inputs for standard definition DVD, Chrome Cast, and AppleTV. Plus composite inputs with analog audio jacks for my VHS player (yes, I still have one). And it's future ready with UHD 4K. And the built in WiFi makes it easy to control with my tablet and listen to music from my wireless devices (tablet and phones). This was an open box sale without the Remote or antennas but my Harmony remote has all the functions on it. And the antennas from my prior unit work fine. Very happy with this product.

I purchased this receiver for my Man Cave. The Pass-Through A/V is so great that my wife has taken over the Man Cave. You will not believe how clear the picture is. A good buy for the money.

I replaced an older high end sony es component system with this receiver and I am extremely pleased with he set-up app that used the microphone to set up the speakers. Sounds great

This receiver works great so far, though that could always change after a couple months of use or more. The set-up process is lengthy but not overly difficult, though it did take a handful of attempts before it connected to the Wi-Fi. Sound quality is terrific, even with the speakers left over from my previous receiver. I can't speak to the level of 4K quality though, as I do not yet have a 4K TV to go with it.

I had been looking for a new receiver with Bluetooth capability but didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars. This item fit my budget while giving me the technology I craved.

Weeks after installing the receiver, I still have not accessed all the functions and fine-tuning. It would help to have a hard-copy manual rather than having to print out 54 pages. Sound quality is excellent! The front face of the unit however has very small and hard-to-read control labels. I'm very glad I took advantage of the Amazon "open box" offer; it arrived in perfect shape and I would recommend this to anyone who has the time and facility to utilize all the fuctions and settings.

Works great and sounds good. Easy to set up and use. Attaching speaker wires was difficult in the tight space I had.

I looked around for a new receiver after my trusty Yamaha stopped working. For the money, I love this receiver. It runs a 3 speaker setup with sub-woofer in my garage and I'm able to power two outdoor speakers on my patio as well.

I used this receiver as the hub for my home theater as well as game systems. It works phenomenally and you can have complete control over it with an app.

I hadn't updated my receiver in a number of years and stumbling on this one I was astounded with the added features and technological advancements that have been made with receivers.

Pretty cheap product but you get what you pay for sounds okay when you put it on all surround that's it I would probably recommend it to a friend good but a little better sound video on it's all good which way is easy to set up HDMI cables when it pretty easy and I like the Bluetooth

This is a great audio receiver from pioneer. Hooked up easy to tv and speakers and sound is awesome. It has all the easy port hook ups for todays technology. I can even hook my apple i pod up to it with a usb cable and listen to my music instantly. Am also using it with a blue ray player and a roku streaming stick. Everything works very good. This is a top quality receiver from pioneer. Highly recommend.

I needed to replace my aging 30+ year old Pioneer stereo system in my basement and when I came across this model, I was surprised at the price and specs. I did a bit of research and decided I'd give it a shot. After ordering online, I received the item in 2 days. Hook up was easy enough and initial configuration was fairly painless. Here's to hoping I get another 30 years out of this model.

When we moved, I bought this as a Deal of the Day to finally get a good electronics setup in our new house. Just got it going the other day and have multiple components running through it with a Logitech remote controlling all. Works great so far and does what I hoped it would. I'd make the same purchase again.
