I’m no crazy sound enthusiast, however it’s easy to see this is a quality product that makes you feel good. Money well spent. Currently using with a Bose sound system..however, this unit has enough to handle Martin Logans etc.

Purchased this to upgrade my system to 4k, replacing a 970w onkyo 7.1. Really glad I did, plenty of power to drive 7 speakers an a second subwoofer. All the bells and whistles to last for the foreseeable future.

This is the center piece of my Klipsch sound system and it rocks. From highs mids to lowes and even base this receiver will not let you down. Product is as specified in description you will not be disappointed.

I did a little bit of research before settling down with this model, SC LX501. Great audio. Was confused between Marants SR6011 and this. Went with Pioneer for the price difference (~$400 cheaper).

Replaced my old receiver with this one, and the self balancer was great! My same speakers sound much better. I hope to upgrade to Atmos and use that function soon!!!

2 months ago I brought a pionner reciver below this model. Afterwards I read that this reciver had a d3 amp vs a class D. After learning about the class D3 amp I went into the listening room of 2 BB and I fell in love. The clarity of voice and the sepreation and detail of this reciver was so much more supieor than the one I had. today on 10/5 my amp blew and i sent it in for repair via the Geek Squad. In my head I really wanted the sc-lx 501( but I was beyond the warrenty of return on the unit I sent in for repair. beleve it or not I just said screw it lets just buy it i got 45 days.. I hooked it up and man it was like night and day compaired to the other one. This unit sounds great on flat, my other unit I kept on adjusting and adjusting the eq. With my new unit I listened with my roomate to nirvana cranking it (loud !) on flat with my b&W 685 speakers that I also brought from Best buy and definitive Cube sub. it was so so clear and loud with so much detail I was so happy. I also put in spiderman (new movie) and it sounded like in the movie theather. the suruond sound was great and the claritiy was wonderful. My roomate thought my other unit sounded great and thought i was nuts buying this one. I told him well I'm just trying it out. the roomate said "trying it out oh ok sarcasticly, Well after listening to it after 30 min's I have decided this one is for keeps and my roomate now understands why I'll just have to sell my other one or use it in a different room

For what you get with this receiver you would think it coast more. The sound and picture it produces is outstanding!!

This receiver has plenty of power for the prolific audiophile. It also offers connections for all of your devices, from VCRs to wireless Ipods. Nice receiver.

I like the net connection for pandora etc. quality reciever. I feel good about buying and glad I bought it for my entertainment system. Looks high end too.

This receiver is one of a kind. You get a lot for what you paid for and then some. I have this hooked up to a 4K TV and the picture it produces is awesome.

Bought it ss s replacement for my older pioneer receiver bit took it back to get even better more recent unit that was available.

I replaced my 7 year old Pioneer receiver with this model since my older model only had 1080 capability. This 4k receiver is extremely well built; I bi-amped my 5.1 system with B&W speakers and it has much more power than my older model. The iControl AV5 and Pioneer Remote App make it a pleasant to control - especially with the built-in capability for Tidal (plus other services).

This is an excellent Receiver for Home Theater, with advanced features Network-ready 4k Ultra HD And 3d Pass-through and compatible with Dolby Atmos

I've purchased so many receivers in my day I can't even count...this one tops them all. Great sound quality when you put it through good speakers.

I purchased the receiver a couple of months ago and it works very well so far, the Dolby Atmos feature is fantastic! Overall, it's a great value.

I really love this receiver. Before purchasing this one I had another one with a class D Amp, this one has a Class D3 Amp which sounds a lot better to me, The sound quality of this Amp along with the B&W 685 speakers which I also purchased at Best Buy sounds phenomenal !! I'm very happy with it

I felt it was lacking punch. it is very easy to install/configure. I Would recommend this receiver. I bought it when it was sale for $799.

Buy this receiver and I am very happy it works very well always and trust in pionner receivers I like the clarity and quality of the sound

Replaced high end tuner purchased 15 years ago glad I did. It will take me 15 years to learn how to use it effectively, awesome sound.

Love Elite receiver this is my third one for another room over twenty years. The sound is spectacular as well as the build quality
