When the theatre system is off, the subwoofer hums. Have changed settings per the booklet, but it still hums. When BestBuy was here for another item they said it might need a "clean power" adapter. I have my doubts because the old subwoofer worked great without any power adapter. I need someone to adjust it or replace it.

Good bass, has a volume and frequency knobs on back that you can use to fine tune the bass to your needs. Got it for an excellent price with the price match guarantee. Thinking of getting another one for my 7.2 setup.

Picked this unit up on sale to use with my Pioneer KURO Elite TV as there is a Sub output on the back of the TV. Sounds just great and was a great value.

Not the loudest subwoofer out there but definitely took my experience with mybsamsung surround sound to an entire new level. Perfect bass for movies and tv. Wouldn't suggest for music purpose.

I bought this sub to be used with a Pioneer 7.1 surround sound system I recently purchased. I am impressed with the rich quality of sound produced. It really adds to the overall tv/movie experience.

This was an inexpensive subwoofer to replace a broken one I had owned for years. The sound is fantastic and produces rich sounding bass.

Bought this because my Cambridge Soundworks subwoofer died and I didn't want to spend $600 to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised with the feature set and performance and would recommend it for a starter's system.

We bought this subwoofer to go with another brand of surround sound that we purchased that did not have a subwoofer that sounded good. This one just made the surround sound complete.

All in all a Decent replacement for the price. Would recommend

I recently purchased this pioneer base to add to my current system. It is definately worth what I spent on it. The clarity of the base is good. I place it in the rear of my theatre room for a little more thump.

It is a great working subwoofer that can fill a room along with any that surround it with heavy bass that sounds amazing. It needs some powerful speakers to go with it though

Great product! Sound is very boomy with stereo and surround sound. Works great with my pioneer receiver and Bose bookshelf speakers.
